Good day, I have a Telkom line which runs through a iron pipe attached to the front of my house which is not in use ever since we bought the place, * years ago. Please advise on who must remove it coz now there is a water pipe underneath the Telekom pipe that is leaking extremely bad. The City of Cape Town said its not theirs to remove. Please assist
