Account was cancelled and somehow restarted on sep** or **. I am being charged for electricity when I was assured in July **** that the electricity set up will be cancelled on the day it was supposed to be started. I want the charges to be removed as I never gave permission to restart. I am not even the resident of the given address.

GetHuman7917689 did not yet indicate what TXU Energy should do to make this right.
