I have successfully price matched items from Amazon at Target multiple times, taking advantage of their policy that I greatly appreciated. I purposely chose to shop at Target over other stores several times to benefit from this price match option, even for small savings that can accumulate. However, I was disappointed to find out that this policy has now been discontinued. Today, when I tried to price match two items, one was accepted but the other was rejected because it was on Amazon Prime. This decision baffles me. Target explained it was due to fraudulent websites, but I believe customers should verify prices themselves to avoid scams. This experience was frustrating and led me to abandon my purchases, return to my usual cheaper store, and opt to buy from Amazon exclusively going forward. I am saddened by this change.

Dear Target Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered on 8/17/18 at the Spartanburg, SC Target location on [redacted] Warren H Abernathy Hwy. While using my coupons, particularly the $2.00 off Downy Wrinkle Releaser coupon from the 8/12 Sunday ad, I was informed by an associate that I could only use one coupon for two items as the coupon stated "one per purchase." I usually stack coupons at this store without any problems, and I want to clarify if the store policy allows for the use of multiple coupons per purchase (up to 4 items) unless specified otherwise on the coupon. I appreciate your assistance in clearing up this matter to avoid future confusion during my shopping trips. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Fran Simmons

I am extremely disappointed with the Oversize Captain Chairs I purchased last summer for our family camping trips. After the first use, one chair broke, and now the other two have also broken after minimal use this summer. Despite proper care and storage, all three chairs broke at the same spot, indicating they were all defective. I am frustrated because they were well taken care of and should have lasted longer. The chairs are now unusable, and I have to look for replacements. This experience has been disappointing, especially considering the time spent researching and the money spent on these chairs.

I frequently shop at Target and usually love their products, but recently had a disappointing experience with the delivery of Mrs. Meyer's surface cleaning and hand soap. The box arrived damaged, with the items inside leaking all over a clear bag, making a sticky mess. Even though Customer Service promptly sent a replacement, the second delivery faced the same issue, with the box and bag soaked in soap and cleaner. I decided not to request another replacement and instead contacted Customer Service to highlight the ineffective shipping method for these liquid products. Unfortunately, I couldn't find these specific Seasonal scents in Target stores and might have to consider other retailers. I hope Target can improve their shipping approach for liquid items to avoid such messy situations in the future.

I've been a loyal customer of Target since it first opened, and I love the store. However, yesterday when I visited the Roosevelt Blvd. store in Philadelphia, I was taken aback by the amount of trash in front of the store. The overflowing cans, trash in the parking lot, and even inside on the carpet by the entrance were disappointing. This level of uncleanliness was unexpected from Target, a store I appreciate for its cleanliness and organization. Though the prices are higher than Walmart, I don't mind paying more for the enjoyable shopping experience. Yesterday's visit was disappointing, prompting me to go to Staples for my children's school supplies instead. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations from Target.

Today at the Camarillo California store, I had a frustrating experience. The store does not accept Apple Pay or Android Pay but suggested I place an order online. After doing so, I found out that another department needed to process the order. Despite the product being at the customer service desk and my order in the system, I was unable to have the product due to needing a barcode scanned. While I understand the need for inventory tracking, I felt that it would have been more efficient to scan the barcode right there. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to wait for two hours, and no one was willing to expedite the process. Even with the order in hand and the product nearby, I left without being able to purchase it. Target lost my order today and potentially a customer.

Hello, I am Anthony Thornhill, a frequent shopper at the Target in Quakertown, PA. Most of my visits to the store are pleasant, with friendly and courteous staff. However, my recent experience with Melissa was disappointing. On August 17th, I took my kids shopping before our vacation and encountered Melissa at the checkout. She appeared unhappy and was unfriendly to the customers ahead of me. While trying to surprise my girls with LOL Dolls, her attitude worsened. As I discreetly placed the dolls on the counter, I politely asked Melissa to ensure my children didn't see them. Instead of accommodating my request, she responded loudly and rudely, causing discomfort. Despite this, she only gave a half-hearted farewell without an apology. Employees like Melissa, who show such poor customer service, should not interact with the public. Overall, my experiences at Target have been positive, but Melissa's behavior was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. Regards, Anthony Thornhill

My visit to the Target store in Beavercreek, Ohio was unpleasant. Recently, my daughter attempted to return a wedding gift that was unopened, but we did not have the receipt. Despite the store policy displayed on the wall, the manager refused the return citing the lack of a receipt. This was surprising as we have been loyal customers for years without any issues. The refusal for store credit or exchange was frustrating, and the manager's rigid interpretation of the policy was disheartening. It would have been more professional for the manager to seek a compromise in this situation for both the customer and store's benefit. It's disappointing that receiving or purchasing gifts at Target without a receipt can lead to such difficulties. The overall experience and management approach were not satisfactory, and the store might benefit from additional training for their management team.

I am wondering why these products from Food for LifeĀ® are not available in your store: www.foodforlife.com Food for LifeĀ® offers a variety of flourless products made with sprouted grains that are rich in nutrients and bursting with flavor. Their range includes Breads, English Muffins, Cereals, Tortillas, Pocket Breads, Buns, Waffles, and Pasta, all crafted to capture the wholesomeness of sprouted grains. The products cater to various dietary needs such as yeast-free, high fiber, gluten-free, sprouted grains, vegan, diabetic-friendly, and non-GMO. It would be great to see these offerings in your store for customers looking for nutritious and flavorful options.

I placed two online orders today, 8/25/18. On my second order, I attempted to use a gift card that didn't work. Although I proceeded with the order, I planned to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and implied I should have called before placing the order. I found her manner rude and questioned the lack of a supervisor or manager in her department. This experience left me disappointed, as I expected better service from Target Guest Services. Instead of waiting until Monday to contact customer service or corporate, I decided to share my concerns here due to the young lady's behavior tonight. Thank you, Erena W.

I am reaching out to Target to express the need for a location in Glen Oaks, New York, particularly in the Glen Oaks shopping center. With [redacted] apartments in close proximity and numerous homes in the Floral Park, New Hyde Park, and Bellrose areas, the community has been eager for a Target store. The current stores in the area, including Burlington, MJM, and Key Food, are facing challenges with frequent complaints. Given the available space in the shopping center, I believe a Super Target could thrive and serve as a valuable retail and supermarket option for local residents. Your consideration of this request would be greatly appreciated by the community. Thank you. - Lisa C.

While at a Target store, I purchased a Pie Face game at the self-checkout. Unfortunately, the box was not sealed properly, and the game fell on my foot, which is now sore, swollen, and red. The staff member at the self-checkout was helpful in picking up the items but didn't inquire about my well-being. The game was on sale, but there was no indication that it was previously opened. The ripped open bags inside seem unethical to me. I believe I should have been offered an incident report, especially since it was evident that I was in pain when the item fell on my foot.

Order # [redacted][redacted] FedEx Tracking # [redacted]79 I had a negative experience with the FedEx delivery driver for my package. He claimed the package was too heavy to carry up three flights of stairs to my apartment, around 50 lbs. The driver refused to take it to my door and also failed to leave it at the front office after they declined to sign for it. The online tracking status incorrectly shows the package as being at the front office. I am disappointed with FedEx's service and their inability to deliver packages as expected. I suggest reconsidering using FedEx in the future if they struggle with handling heavier packages.

I recently bought two $50 iTunes gift cards from the Rosemead Target store in California. Unfortunately, one of the cards cannot be redeemed. I usually wait to redeem them until I need them for iTunes purchases, so this situation has been frustrating. Both Apple and Target have provided poor customer service, refusing to refund or replace the card. Apple confirmed that the card has been used on another account, leading me to believe the card number may have been hacked. I just want a solution - either a replacement or a refund. I would prefer a replacement so I can use the remaining balance.

Hello, I have applied to various Target locations and have attended multiple interviews. I possess extensive experience in retail, including operating computerized cash registers, accepting different forms of payment, stocking items, and handling self-checkout procedures. Despite my qualifications, I have not been offered a position. During my interview at the Northern Liberties Target in Philadelphia, PA, the interviewer seemed nervous, and I found it challenging to understand him due to his jittery demeanor. I also had to return for an additional interview due to the store manager, Mike. I believe my skills align with the job requirements and am eager to contribute to the team. Thank you.

I recently called my local Target in Monaca, Pennsylvania to ask about the sale on coolers. I was informed they were 50% off. However, upon arriving at the store, I discovered they were not discounted. I am disappointed as I wasted time and resources coming here. The service desk only offered me a 15% discount as a solution. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I might reconsider shopping here in the future.

I am concerned about the conditions at my Target store in Cordova, TN [redacted]. I have been a loyal customer, but recently the store has been facing issues. There have been ongoing electrical problems affecting the grocery section - the coolers are not working properly, resulting in empty shelves and low stock of frozen products. Additionally, the lighting in the parking lot is out, making it uncomfortably dark at night. The store also feels hot, suggesting potential air conditioning issues. I hope these problems can be resolved promptly so we can have our beloved Target back to its usual standard. Thank you, Janice Jenks.

I am frustrated that I have been unsuccessful in ordering a product labeled as in stock since August 13th. Despite successfully ordering from this website once a month, this specific item has caused me trouble. After three failed attempts and a 30-minute wait on hold, a specialist was unable to explain why I have not received the product. I was informed that if my fourth order is unsuccessful, it will need internal investigation. This is disappointing as I purchased this item for the convenience of pumping breast milk. The online availability is not properly displayed, and the product's shipment has been inconsistent. Target has not provided any explanation or resolution to this issue, leaving me feeling let down by their customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wish I could find this product elsewhere.

I recently purchased the Up & Up brand diapers for my son based on positive reviews. While I've had no issues with the overnight diapers, the regular Up & Up diapers caused my son to develop a severe diaper rash shortly after putting them on for the first time. This forced me to quickly purchase a different brand to prevent further irritation. I want to bring this to your attention so that you can address the problem and prevent other babies from experiencing the same issue. I am a loyal customer of Target and frequently shop at your stores for my baby essentials since the closure of Babies "R" Us. However, I find that the prices of brands like Huggies are still higher at Target. I wish the Up & Up diapers performed as well as your other products because my family relies on your brand.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience at the Target store on Harden Blvd in Lakeland, Florida. The associates there are incredibly friendly, some even knowing my name. I love the new store layout, the music selection, and the Starbucks cafe is a nice touch. It all makes me feel like dancing in the aisles! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the great service at this location. I remember Dayton's department store in Minneapolis from my time in Minnesota and how excited my family was when Target opened its first supercenter store in Duluth. Love Target!
