I am trying to get my AGI from **** so I can e-file so I went to AM TAXes and selected **** and when I went to open it it just sent me back to the logon screen requesting user id and PW. How can I get my AGI so I can e-file. I e-filed with you last year. I have the email that states my Federal and my state where accepted

How GetHuman-mmburch fixed the problem
After trying to about *.* hours to pull up my **** return I was finally able to. All the previous times it was just sort of hang and then send me back to log on again. So now I had my AGI I continued on with my return and selected the button that stated I had the value and TAXACT PLUGGED it in automatically from my **** return. It would of been nice if that was stated on the previous screen so I would of lost *.* hours trying to pull up last years return. I feel that it should at least note it somewhere on the screen that they have this information if you filed with them previously.
