I need assistance reopening my unemployment claim. I was receiving benefits until my hours were back to full-time, but now they are reduced again. The website instructed me to call. Unfortunately, I keep reaching a message saying I need to speak to a specific consultant to unlock and reopen my claim. I’ve spent hours on hold without success, often getting disconnected or told to call back for the right person. It's frustrating to be unable to speak to the one person who can help while waiting hours. I wish there was a way to request a callback or receive an email confirmation. Hopefully, the frequency of my calls indicates my urgency in resolving this issue.

I submitted a claim on January 17, [redacted], and it is still under review. I was advised to follow up if I didn't hear back by Wednesday or the claim would be escalated to an investigator. Despite trying to reach out since Wednesday, I have been unable to connect with a representative. It's now Sunday, and my rent and utilities are on hold, relying on these unemployment benefits. The anticipated 2 to 6 weeks processing time has already passed with no updates. My employer confirmed sending all necessary details; is there any additional step I must take to speed up the process?

Subject: Clarification Needed on Texas Workforce Commission Benefit Payment Dear Customer Relations, I am seeking clarification regarding the start date of my benefits with The Texas Workforce Commission. When I initially applied, I reached out to various departments for assistance but still feel unsure if I completed the process correctly. Being 73 years old, I am not very tech-savvy and struggle with navigating computers. Fortunately, a helpful staff member called me in response to my emails and guided me on the necessary steps to kickstart my benefits. I submitted all my [redacted] earnings documentation when it seemed there were no earnings reflected for that year. I believed my benefits should be retroactive to the program's start date despite the delayed initiation. I kindly request for TWC to review my application thoroughly and reach out to me for further discussion. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] (cell) after 10:00 am, or on my home landline as I do not have texting capabilities. My date of birth is 08/31/[redacted]. Sincerely, Albert Gonzales

In [redacted], I was receiving Unemployment benefits, which stopped when my benefit amount ran out. I got a notice in December [redacted] saying I was eligible for PEUC benefits, but they haven't started. My claim is under investigation, and a vendor from the unemployment office told me to wait seven more days and then request an expedited decision if I heard nothing. I've tried that, but still, no updates. I would appreciate it if someone could check the status of my PEUC benefits, reinstate them, or provide me with an update on my status.

My regular unemployment benefits ended, and I was supposed to transition to temporary extended unemployment, which would then roll over to disaster unemployment if I still qualified. However, when my benefits ran out in November, my claim did not roll over as expected. Despite uploading my driver's license and social security card as requested, I was unable to resolve the issue online due to being locked out. Finally, around February 20th, I was able to request payment, but my claim had still not been updated. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a TWC agent to assist with this ongoing problem.

I applied for unemployment in September [redacted]. It's been almost 8 months of me submitting payment requests every two weeks, but I still haven't received any funds. My case was deemed ineligible due to inaccurate employment information. I appealed in November [redacted] but have not received any communication from TWC regarding the issue. Every time I call, I struggle to reach a helpful TWC agent or get disconnected during transfers. Despite submitting multiple contact requests, I have not received any callbacks. I even tried calling the numbers on the website to no avail. Please assist me; I am a mother of three young boys.

I recently initiated my unemployment claim in Florida. Despite not working in Florida, I was advised by the agents that it was permissible to file for benefits there and have them transferred to Texas. Trusting in their expertise, I followed their guidance. Unfortunately, this led to confusion and wasted time, as I actually worked in Houston, TX. I encountered delays and vague responses, being instructed to wait without clear direction. Eventually, I realized the mistake and have now submitted a new application with the correct state, Texas. My initial filing date was 1/15/[redacted]. I had faith in the assistance provided by the agents until conflicting information arose. Seeking further help, I had hoped for swift resolution through the "wage dept team." Facing financial strain from accumulating bills due to this misinformation, I sought clarity online, but found conflicting answers. Accessing support from Florida unemployment has proven challenging, further hindering my progress. I have used the email associated with my Texas claim for correspondence. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am Sheila R. Jobe, and I provided my Social Security Number [redacted]-35-[redacted] when applying for unemployment benefits. I started receiving benefits for the weeks of June 28, [redacted], to July 04, [redacted], after quitting work on March 22, [redacted], due to Covid-19. I have been trying diligently to resolve the issue of my unpaid back pay since March [redacted]. Despite numerous calls, I have faced disconnections, promises of callbacks that never happened, long hours on hold, and unfulfilled paperwork submissions with no follow-up. I believe I deserve my back pay, as others have received theirs. Your assistance during this challenging time is appreciated, but I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and support during these difficult circumstances.

I attempted to file for unemployment on 4/1/[redacted], only to be informed that a claim was already filed in September [redacted] while I was working at TPHG (Texas Health Physicians Group). Despite reaching out to numerous TWC representatives for assistance, my claim remains unresolved, and I am yet to receive my benefits. Upon entering my information into the system, TWC erroneously linked my details to a fraudulent claim, resulting in payment to the wrong recipient in April [redacted]. Despite intercepting the bank card sent to an outdated address, redirecting it to my current one, and returning the funds to TWC, my claim is still unresolved. I am now seeking the nearest TWC office to personally address this issue.

I submitted my claim nearly six weeks ago and have not received my benefits despite being informed that they were approved after contacting my employer. After submitting a payment request, I received a notice to verify my identity, which I completed. Another letter confirmed my identity verification and the removal of the hold on my claim. However, after submitting another payment request, I still have not received my benefits. Tele-Serve employees acknowledge the issue - it seems the hold was not physically lifted by a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) staff member, causing the delay. Even after contacting the TWC helpline multiple times, I have not seen any progress. It is frustrating to wait without a resolution in sight, and my financial commitments are being affected by this delay.

My account with the Texas Workforce Commission was put on hold on October 5th, [redacted]. Since then, all my payments have been stopped. I have made over 1,[redacted] calls to the Texas Workforce Commission, but I am only able to reach subcontractors hired by the state who are unable to resolve the issue. They informed me that I needed to verify my ID. I submitted copies of my social security card and Texas state ID through the Texas Workforce Commission website twice, but it did not help. I was then directed to ID me.com, where I uploaded my ID pictures and received certification of acceptance, yet I am still not cleared by the Texas Workforce Commission. I am struggling to speak to a Texas Workforce Commission staff member who can assist with this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I submitted my claim in October after encountering difficulties with eligibility and reaching a representative. Despite having a claim start date of March 29, [redacted], my payments were delayed. Initially denied, I was told it would convert to Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), which did not happen promptly. After numerous calls, my claim was eventually resubmitted correctly for back pay starting from March 29. However, the first payment received was for November 22 instead. Despite multiple follow-ups where representatives assured me they would address the back pay, there has been no progress. I urgently require a supervisor to contact me at [redacted] to resolve this issue and ensure all outstanding payments are made promptly. I have been waiting for 8 months for this matter to be corrected, and I am relying on this back pay to settle loans used to cover expenses during this period. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I tried calling the [redacted] number provided by TWC, but it goes directly to voicemail. I received a message instructing me to call this number, but it seems impossible to get through. Despite attempting to contact them around 70 times, I was denied benefits for not reaching out. After completing the ID.me verification process, I was deemed ineligible and asked to repay over $9,[redacted]. In February, a similar issue was resolved promptly by contacting the ombudsman. However, after filing a payment request a month later, I have not received anything. The TWC claims benefits paid to date are around $64,[redacted], but I have only received about $25,[redacted]. I have evidence of my calls and communicate daily with TWC at [redacted]. They instruct me to call [redacted], which leads me to overwhelming voicemail due to high call volume. This has caused me to miss deadlines. I need guidance on how to proceed.

I initially applied for regular UI benefits in January but was denied. I also applied for PUA relief due to not having wages in [redacted]. I didn't receive my ID in the mail and couldn't provide proof of ID, so I assumed I wouldn't receive any benefits. Despite that, I made payment requests during the disaster and recently received a US Bank ReliaCard with $[redacted] from TX Workforce Commission. Unfortunately, I can't remember my PIN from January, making it impossible to submit payment requests now. I have all the necessary information except for the partial account info required. I'm unsure which account they are referring to. Is it the US Bank ReliaCard account where the funds were deposited? The app doesn't provide me with that information. What should I do next?

I have been informed by the TWC app that I am ineligible due to missing information they requested which was never asked for. As a single mother with four kids, I rely on these payments as my only source of income. I have reached out numerous times but have not received any assistance. My situation is becoming dire as we are running out of food and facing the possibility of homelessness. I urgently need TWC to review my case and provide me with guidance as to what is required. Please contact me promptly. Thank you. Misty T. Phone: [redacted]

I submitted a claim around 3/25/21 and was informed that I didn't meet the earnings requirements in my base period. Despite faxing my W-2 showing I made $34,[redacted] in [redacted], I am still unable to connect with a specialist even after being advised to do so by multiple contractors. Each time I call, I am placed on hold for over an hour and a half. Today, on 5/11/21, I waited on the line for 1 hour and 54 minutes before the call abruptly disconnected, this has happened twice now. While I've been told that I qualify for unemployment benefits due to my wages, my claim is apparently under investigation without any contact for further details. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly so I can start receiving my benefits. Your assistance in looking into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I created my unemployment account, but I forgot my sign-in details and have been unable to access my account since the beginning. I resorted to using the teleserv phone number. Recently, I moved to a new apartment and changed my phone number and email. My name is Kathleen Denise Corbin, and my updated address is now [redacted] Park Place Blvd Apt [redacted], Bedford, TX [redacted]. My new phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I also completed the ID.me paperwork as instructed, but I faced difficulties meeting with an agent due to long wait times. I urgently need to access my account and update my information to receive financial assistance, especially during this challenging time with multiple family members affected by the virus.

I encountered an issue with Florida unemployment services that caused me a lot of wasted time due to incorrect information. After realizing they couldn't assist me, I had to start over with Texas unemployment. Fortunately, I spoke with a supervisor in Florida who was able to backdate my claim to January 17th. He advised me to upload a PDF showing the backdated information to Texas through their upload form, which I've completed. Although the supervisor informed Texas of this change, my start date still reflects as April 17th. I've been diligently calling but haven't made any progress, often getting redirected or cut off. Despite having an approved claim, I haven't received any funds. I need my claim to be retroactively corrected to the original date. Although a specific employee, identified only as Dennis with ID [redacted], helped rectify part of the situation, I continue to face financial strain due to the misinformation I received. The bills keep piling up, and I find myself incurring fees repeatedly, causing my account to go into the negative. I urgently need assistance to resolve this ongoing issue that has been affecting me for months now, stemming from the initial errors and misinformation I encountered.

I submitted an appeal on January 29th, followed by another one on March 11th. Initially, I faced issues with the appeal filing options on your system which I explained in the January 29th submission. Thankfully, your system was updated, allowing me to submit the correct appeal on March 11th. However, I have not received any response yet. It is crucial for me to have my ineligibility status reversed promptly so I can access unemployment benefits during this challenging period. The ineligibility occurred because I returned to work briefly but was laid off again due to the impact of the coronavirus and recent winter storms. As a result, I find myself without any source of income, facing eviction, and the threat of homelessness.
