I purchased the ticket for Vasco Rossi on June **, **** with the following email: *****@***.com, order no. *******************, Roberta d'Antonio name card, of which I also have a photo of the paper with a barcode. I have lost my paper ticket, can it be recovered with the information provided? If not, otherwise, showing the photo of the paper will they allow me to enter the concert scheduled for **********? (expected date since they postponed the **** concert)

GetHuman-enrisar did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
