I spoke with a gentleman named Luke he was a supervisor and his employee ID number is ***** *. He informed me that I'm not allowed to get a refund based on the location of my credit card. He informed me that I refund is not allowed to be issued, the previous supervisor informed me that they were going to do a rush transfer of the funds back to my account because of the miscommunication or issues with the prior representative that charged me the mount was supposed to be **** tax included and they end up charging me ** * * and again that was supposed to be a rush transfer which now will not happen based on where the taxes were or the state where it was issued this is insane and needs to be rectified.
