My Delta flight DL2402 from OKC to BFL was delayed by 4 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight on United in Atlanta. Despite receiving notifications from Delta about the delay, I was unable to resolve the issue with Delta or United to find an alternative flight. Travelocity customer service was unhelpful when I contacted them, keeping me on hold for hours without a resolution. Even after providing evidence of the delay, they claimed the flight was on time due to a supposed glitch. Unable to reach a solution, I had to book a new flight to BFL with another airline at a significant cost and missed the funeral I was traveling for. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance from Travelocity and am requesting a refund for my disrupted travel plans on itinerary [redacted][redacted] (Tammie A.).

I am extremely frustrated with the booking process on this website. Both online and over the phone, the computer systems seem to have significant issues. I have been attempting to book a vacation, but have not been able to reach a live person for assistance. The website is inaccessible, and I am unable to navigate the phone system due to computer errors. It's incredibly disappointing. I strongly suggest considering hiring more staff so customers can easily speak with a real person and book their vacations smoothly. This experience has been so exasperating that I am hesitant to use this service in the future. Goodbye.

I recently booked a trip to Jamaica that included a hotel stay and airfare through your site. However, the package I purchased is taking me to the wrong airport, which is 2 and a half hours away from our actual destination. Instead of flying into Montego Bay as intended, I was scheduled to arrive in Kingston. The website also tried to sell me transportation from Kingston to the hotel in Montego Bay. This oversight is concerning as there is no transportation option from Kingston to our hotel. It's distressing that this error could have potentially left us stranded in a foreign country without any means to reach our destination. I urge you to correct this immediately for our safety and peace of mind.

I noticed two charges on my credit card statement recently. One was from Travelocity for $[redacted].34 and the other from Courtyard Marriott in Bradenton, FL for $[redacted].40. I made a booking through Travelocity for a stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Bradenton Sarasota Riverfront. The check-in date was automatically pre-populated, causing confusion and resulting in a booking for the wrong dates. My husband, who made the reservation, didn't realize the check-in date was set incorrectly. Despite our attempt to correct it directly with the hotel, Travelocity proceeded to charge us for the wrong dates as well. The hotel manager acknowledged the error and supports a refund from Travelocity for the duplicate charge. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I booked a round trip for 2 passengers from Dublin, Ireland, to Islamabad, Pakistan, via Qatar Airways with booking reference code 3GEJBN. My booking telephone contact is [redacted]. I used a Visa credit card for booking. On April 22, [redacted], while trying to check in for my flight from Dublin to Islamabad, the Qatar Airways check-in desk at Dublin Airport refused to allow me to board, claiming I did not have a required form by the Pakistani government. Despite having all necessary documents, the check-in representative did not assist me even after 3 hours of argument. Consequently, I missed my flight and had to book another one with a different airline to Islamabad. When I arrived, a Qatar Airways travel agent stated I couldn't use my return ticket from Islamabad to Dublin on May 7, [redacted], due to the missed outbound flight. I called Qatar Airways on May 2 to cancel my May 7 flight, and they directed me to contact Travelocity for a refund. Despite multiple attempts from Pakistan on 5/2/22, each call to Travelocity was disconnected after a few minutes, leaving me on the phone for 3 hours without success. Despite spending 3 hours on the phone without success, I am requesting the cancellation of my return flight on Qatar Airways from Islamabad to Dublin on 5/7/22 and a full refund. Regarding a dispute with Travelocity for $[redacted].08: On 2/1/[redacted], I searched online for the Autograph Collection by Marriott in Palm Springs, CA. I was directed to Travelocity through a link from Capital One Shopping. After booking, the confirmation email showed incorrect dates and details. Despite requesting a cancellation, Travelocity refused, only offering to modify the reservation for an additional $[redacted].48, which I reluctantly accepted. Later, when changing to my preferred dates, I was asked for an extra payment of $[redacted].08. Despite mentioning cancellation policies at Travelocity and Marriott, no refund was allowed. Contacting Capital One yielded no results, and they charged my credit card. Dealing with unhelpful foreign customer service representatives only added to the frustrating experience.

I made a travel reservation today at 1:36pm from Portland, OR to Las Vegas, NV. The flight is with Frontier Airlines for departure on June 10th and return on June 14th with Alaska Air. I also reserved a King room with a balcony at the MGM Signatures hotel and arranged for round-trip private transportation to and from the airport. It's currently 8:36pm, and I have yet to receive any confirmation for this booking. I am unable to reach a human representative without an itinerary number, which I haven't received. My credit card notified me of a charge or hold of $[redacted].56 by Travelocity at 1:36pm today, but the charge doesn't appear on my card. I didn't capture a screenshot of my confirmation, but it was supposed to be emailed to me. I used my Facebook account for the booking. They have stipulated that since the booking was made through your platform, the refund must be facilitated by you. The JetBlue confirmation number is VQTGFE, which has never appeared in my Travelocity coupons and credits. During my last call on June 6, [redacted] at 7:46 PM EST, I spoke with Cassie, whose name spelling I am uncertain of, situated somewhere in the Indian Ocean. Cassie assured me she has requested a refund, indicating I should anticipate a response within 24-72 hours. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] as JetBlue canceled the flight without rebooking me. On May 30th, I contacted customer service to change my flight from Raleigh, NC to St. Louis, and paid $[redacted].00 for the switch. However, upon arriving at the airport today, I discovered that there was no record of my reservation or the payment I made. Air Canada informed me that the money was mistakenly credited to an incorrect account for 2 other passengers. Now, I am left without a flight for today and am forced to stay overnight in Halifax Airport until my flight tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed with this error and demand a refund of the $[redacted].00. In addition, I now have to cover the costs of a hotel and meals due to this mistake. I expect all of these expenses to be resolved by your company. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I am inclined to share my negative experience publicly to caution others from booking with your company. Such occurrences seem to be recurring issues, and it is frustrating to waste my vacation time sitting here.

I am seeking assistance with cancelling my Travelocity car reservation. We rented a car to travel from the airport to our house in Hawaii. After waiting 3.5 hours in line to pick up the car, we decided to cancel our reservation for May 6th to avoid a similar wait for our return trip to the airport. Despite cancelling in advance with Dollar Rental Car and being assured there would be no charge, we were still billed. We are disappointed with the service and the long wait time we experienced. As a result, we opted to cancel and take a taxi instead. We are requesting a refund of $85.14, the amount charged to my credit card without permission.
