as per the shipment is dispatched from pakistan with international DPEX tracking ************* and again and in transit issued and delivered with another local tracking *************** UK Mail. as the parcel is delivered by DHL representative ,the consignee claimed to receive damaged and broken box of shipment and the products were missing in the box, as the box was containing one piece of Bat and two pieces of Balls, volume was ******* and weight was *.***kg(bat weight with packing is ****g , balls weight with packing is ***g and hard paper box weight was ***g). the customer claimed that UK Mail * DHL UK delivered the box in broken * damage mood and bat is cracked while hitting in somewhere and balls are missing and he hold the payment on paypal.(i suppose the consignee hit the bat himself for raising an issue and put claim to UK Mail* DHL Mail, that is pity by the way)*its requested you to please provide full information of the parcel while handling to delivery to the customer,from the DPEX Worldwide with tracking ************* and after issuing the local tracking ***************.
