Hello, I am the Shipping and Receiving representative at Accu-Grind of NE, responsible for various office tasks. We have been requesting our UPS drivers to come into the office for signatures, but unfortunately, this has not been happening for the past week. This was never an issue with our regular driver Josh, who is a pleasure to work with. However, in the past week, a substitute driver did not come into the office for signatures at all. Another employee, Chris M., mentioned that the substitute driver only provided his name on the first day and then just dropped off the packages without any interaction. This behavior is unacceptable, and I kindly request our customer representative to contact me as soon as possible.

For the past four years, I've always had great UPS service with deliveries and pickups at my home. However, in the last week, there have been no deliveries or scheduled pickups. Despite contacting the service line twice, the local center did not address the issue promptly. Due to ongoing mail theft, other delivery drivers manage to bring packages to our house, but the UPS driver refuses to do so. I've waited for a week for a scheduled pickup without any success. These returns are time-sensitive, and the lack of service is frustrating. I'm hoping for assistance, perhaps assigning a new driver, as it seems my messages are not being understood by customer service. The address is [redacted] Crews Rd, Gilroy, CA [redacted]. This is a general complaint about all packages not being delivered to my residence.

I had a concerning encounter with a UPS driver recently. While attempting to change lanes on the highway, the driver behind me was driving aggressively, preventing me from merging safely. This driver continued to speed and honk, creating a dangerous situation. When I tried to document this behavior, the driver slowed down. I noticed the truck number was [redacted], and the driver was a white male with a shaved head or bald, wearing a hat. I have witnessed similar reckless driving by UPS drivers on different roads and feel compelled to report these incidents. It is alarming how some drivers put others at risk by speeding and cutting off vehicles. I intend to report such behavior to the authorities to address these safety concerns.

I have tried multiple times to request for my packages to be delivered to my door, as there is always someone home to receive them, yet the UPS driver continues to drop them off at the office. This has caused a lot of inconvenience as I now have to go pick them up for the third time. I work as an AC tech and have a disabled wife and grandbaby at home, so this situation is frustrating. I followed the advice to update my delivery preferences online, but it hasn't been effective. I am extremely upset with UPS and their poor service, considering their reputation. I reside at Hesperian Falls in Las Vegas, NV, and it's disappointing that the delivery driver ignores my instructions. I would appreciate speaking with a person directly to resolve this issue promptly.

I bought a laptop from Best Buy with the delivery address for Ramon Douglas at [redacted] Inverrary Dr APT202 Lauderhill FL [redacted]. However, Ramon wasn't home, so I got an email saying the item would be taken to an access point. Since Ramon is out of state, I no longer want the delivery made there. I am asking for the laptop to be sent to Best Buy at [redacted] Legacy Ave Palm Beach Garden FL [redacted], where Sandrine Michelin or Maurice Bartley will pick it up for me. UPS notified me that my parcel was delivered through UPS Standard with the tracking number 1Z61V[redacted]62. The shipping and billing date was 28/07/[redacted], and it was delivered on 28/08/[redacted] at 13:01 to Enderby, GB, supposedly received by Chase. However, the details provided are incorrect. My delivery address is accurate, and Enderby, GB is not a valid postcode in Great Britain. The parcel, an Electric Skateboard from China, needs to be located and delivered correctly. I contacted UPS, who advised me to request an investigation from the sender, which I find unreasonable as UPS should be able to correct the delivery details themselves. The package successfully made its way from China to Tamworth with the right address. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I was expecting my packages to be delivered yesterday, but unexpectedly, they weren't due to a reported natural disaster, which never happened! Today, one package out for two days was not delivered by 9:15 pm. Another package scheduled for today's delivery was received, yet the other still remains undelivered. The frustration of this situation is beyond words! With the next delivery date available being Tuesday, and the uncertainty of a potential storm, the chances of receiving my package seem slim. This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I am anxious to receive my three packages.

I am dissatisfied with the way you handled my delivery. I was not at home when it was delivered, and I received a message saying it was left at drop-off point HX5 [redacted]. After calling, I was informed they had not received it nor signed for it. I have been given conflicting information and do not know the current location of my package. I am extremely frustrated with the way this situation has been managed. I will be filing an official complaint as this has never happened to me before. Thank you. Mra M Rushworth.

I am disappointed by the UPS driver's behavior in delivering my package, as they only made one attempt on a Friday afternoon and refused to redeliver. Despite my efforts to contact UPS and request redelivery, I received no response. It's frustrating that despite previously arranging for multiple delivery attempts, this was not reflected in their records. It's now Wednesday evening, and there's been no progress on redelivery or communication from UPS. Why should I, as the customer, have to go to the UPS store to pick up a package I paid for delivery? While I appreciate my wife picking up the package, the lack of customer service from UPS is concerning. I hope that UPS improves their service to avoid losing customers to other delivery providers. I request that my profile be permanently updated for future deliveries and that the southeast director contacts me personally to address these service issues.

I tracked my package from Andersen with tracking number #1ZA62E[redacted]65 on September 7, [redacted] in the morning. The status indicated that it was loaded on the truck at 5:55 AM and out for delivery. I removed my sliding glass patio doors in anticipation of receiving the weatherstripping today. Normally, UPS delivers to my house between 3-5 PM. After multiple unsuccessful calls to UPS, I spoke with a representative at 8:20 PM who informed me that the package was still on the truck and would arrive that night. It is now 11 PM, and my porch is left open due to receiving incorrect information. Since UPS does not deliver on Sundays and my parcels typically arrive in the late afternoon, I have to wait while hoping for favorable weather and no unwanted intruders. This frustrating experience has left me disappointed and disillusioned with UPS. I had higher expectations from your company and now I must wait to see how this issue is resolved.

I have unfortunately fallen victim to a scam by a long-time UPS employee named LT. Smitty in Colorado Springs. Over the past three years, he has manipulated me into giving him money under false pretenses, claiming he needed it to finish building a house for us. Despite his insistence on secrecy and refusal to provide proof of his claims, I was empathetic due to my fixed income and health issues. I recently confronted him about returning the money but he has now gone silent, leaving me feeling betrayed and deceived. I am now seeking advice on how to address this situation and potentially file a complaint against him for his deceptive actions.

Tracking #: 1ZY226W[redacted]50 I recently bought an original oil painting and asked the seller to ship it from Mill Valley, CA to Seattle, WA via UPS. The item was insured for $1,[redacted]. However, the UPS Store insisted on sending it via UPS 2nd Day Air due to the value, which I believe might not be UPS policy. The painting was dropped off on Aug. 30 and was supposed to be delivered by Sept. 4, but it arrived on Sept. 6. I believe it was sent via UPS Ground and not 2nd Day Air. I feel I deserve a refund for the shipping cost difference. I have seen negative feedback about the Mill Valley store and doubt I will get a satisfactory response there. How can I get a clear explanation for the delayed delivery and the unexpected rate charge?

My order number is 1Z1480AEYW[redacted]6. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered to me. I am always at home and saw the UPS truck stop on Friday evening to deliver at my neighbor's house. Afterward, I received a notice that my package was transferred to the post office. Despite checking with the post office, they have no information on the package and are unable to track it. I have already reordered the item I needed, but I am concerned about whether it will be delivered to me this time or if the same issue will occur. I live in a house with a disability ramp and I would like to either make a claim for the money I spent or find out where my package was delivered. Thank you, Julie J.

I had a UPS driver hit and bend my gutters on the building. I didn't witness it and lack cameras. There is brown paint on my gutters and a white mark on the truck's passenger side. Contacted customer service, and Mary connected me with supervisor Johnathan. He came, took pictures, promised contact, but never followed through. Mentioned it's up to Liberty Mutual, no contact for a claim. Blake was to call but didn't. Customer support said it was resolved, it wasn't. Spoke to Corey who had Will handling it after being on FMLA. Will promised to resolve it but didn't call back. Called today, Will was off. Promises of supervisor call by 5 pm but no call yet. Driver didn't report as he didn't notice. Looking for gutter repair. Frustrated with lack of customer service. Looking for resolution, willing to seek legal help.

I live on the border of Brentwood and Westwood Hills, on Denslow Avenue. Recently, there were street paving notices posted for September 10th and 11th. However, I received a delivery from UPS yesterday from Chewy.com. The UPS driver left the package at my gate, and later I found out that he parked around the corner due to the ongoing street paving. Unfortunately, he walked back and forth on the fresh asphalt, leaving visible footprints in the wet material. Even though he has been helpful in the past, I am concerned about the permanent imprints left on the street. My dog walker, who noticed this, will be sending me a photo of the footprints. I am conflicted about reporting this issue, as the driver has always been considerate, especially due to my temporary balance disorder. If only he had been more careful and aware of where he was walking.

My wine delivery (1Z905717A[redacted]62) needs an adult signature. I stayed home to receive it, but the UPS driver came and left in less than 30 seconds without leaving a note. It took a while to contact UPS and arrange to pick it up later tonight at a far location. While waiting, the warm weather is affecting the quality of the wine. The driver returned, talked on the phone near my house, then drove away without attempting delivery. Now, I'm waiting anxiously, feeling like a hostage at home, unable to leave due to the quick delivery attempts. I urge UPS to give retirees like me enough time to reach the door and offer better options for missed deliveries.

My delivery experience has been awful. My package was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it got rescheduled to Wednesday, the 18th. The driver claims I wasn't available AGAIN and keeps taking every package to access points. I live in a high-rise, and there are multiple deliveries usually scheduled here, but he either ignores them and leaves or takes all my packages to a locker, creating a huge hassle for me. There seems to be no consideration for customer service from both UPS and the driver. Even when I was home, my package wasn't delivered. I'm extremely frustrated with UPS and will never willingly choose their service again. Contacting customer service is impossible, which might explain their low rating. It feels like there is no focus on customer satisfaction, only on cutting costs. - Christine Blatchley

I received a delivery of quilting fabric from UPS today. Normally, they leave it on our covered porch, but this time they left it by the garage, exposed to the rain. Luckily, we noticed it before leaving for a vacation. We prefer UPS over Fedex for their reliable deliveries. We hope UPS can contact us to discuss this issue further. Thank you, M. M. I lost $[redacted] in a job opportunity because the delivery person left my package exposed to the weather on my back porch. The package was delivered on September 25, [redacted], but I only found it on Saturday, September 28th. I rely on these deliveries for my work, and this is not the first time this has happened. Despite contacting the Hartselle Alabama hub, where I was promised they would take note of this issue, no real action was taken. I am frustrated by the lack of accountability. I expect better service from UPS as I pay good money for reliable delivery. The customer service interactions I had were dismissive and unhelpful. I was even told that the delivery person could have hidden the package in a bush if they wanted to. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering the potential damage that could have occurred to the contents due to exposure to the elements. UPS needs to address these issues promptly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to address an unfortunate incident that occurred last week involving our substitute delivery person, Ed. While he was making a delivery on my property, his vehicle caused damage to my gravel driveway. When I politely tried to explain how to avoid this in the future, his response was defensive and he suggested I receive deliveries at a different location much further away.
