I was disappointed with the delivery service as they did not attempt to ring my doorbell. My package ended up at Aceve2 Wireless Inc, located at [redacted] Wilson Ave, Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. At this store, employees were not wearing masks or following distancing protocols. They did not ask for ID, and packages were left in a pile by the door, accessible to anyone inside. I typically have items shipped to my home to avoid such situations. It would be appreciated if UPS could ensure packages are delivered directly to the recipient or reputable locations to maintain safety standards, especially during a pandemic.

There is an apartment numbered [redacted] located in a building where I reside. Despite living on the opposite side of the building, I share the same address number at 9 AM. Lately, my packages are being delivered to apartment [redacted], and the residents there are not passing them on to me. This has resulted in multiple lost deliveries. Upon inquiring, they deny having received my packages. Despite checking with customer service, who confirmed delivery at their door, I did not receive it. This ongoing issue has left me frustrated, and I am considering taking legal action against the individual withholding my mail. I am requesting a copy of the picture showing the delivery location to proceed with filing charges.

I am hoping to reach a real person for assistance. I attempted to receive a delivery on 10/23/[redacted], but missed it. I made sure to stay home afterward. However, this morning (10/26), I found another attempted delivery notice dated 10/24, which seems incorrect. There were people at my home all day on 10/24, and no UPS driver arrived. Today, no one notified me when they arrived, and I found the second notice when I let my dog out. I am eager to receive my package promptly as I have been expecting it for a while. I arranged for a vendor to create and ship an item to my customer, but it arrived damaged, and my customer wants a replacement. However, she is unable to return the item herself due to being elderly and concerns about exposure to Covid-19. The vendor shipped the item via USPS to her address. I contacted UPS last week and spent an hour on the phone with them to organize a pick-up. The plan was for a driver to visit my customer in Upper Nyack, NY [redacted], provide her with a shipping label to complete, charge it to my UPS account, and return it to the vendor in Havre de Grace, MD [redacted]. Unfortunately, when the UPS driver arrived, he did not have the required label and was unaware of the arrangement.

I received an email from UPS requesting me to complete a survey with the promise of a reward. After doing the survey, I was taken to a third-party vendor's site where a fitness watch was offered for a shipping fee of $6.97. However, my card was charged $36, and the fine print revealed a potential $59 charge if not canceled within 14 days. I called the provided number and successfully canceled the order. Subsequently, I attempted to reach out to UPS to express my disappointment and file a complaint regarding my experience. The process was frustrating and challenging, with difficulties navigating to the complaint site and using the virtual assistant. I sent a package that required an adult signature, but it is now stuck in transit. Notifications from UPS show they are trying to deliver letters to my old address instead of my current one since it was my address before a separation. The messages contain part of my new address with the old one, making me concerned about receiving legal documentation. I am writing to inform you that I, Samantha M., was scheduled to start my position as a package handler at the Stafford location today at 3:45am. I requested a delay until the following day due to being unprepared, but was informed I would be placed on standby for Wednesday if I couldn't attend this morning. On the 6th of November, a package was supposed to be delivered to my residence at [redacted] Old Gardiner RD Lot 67, Sequim, WA [redacted]. However, it was mistakenly delivered to the office, which is a considerable distance away. Despite the pleasant weather and no alternative address provided, the package was not brought to my home. As someone who requires two canes to walk, I am unable to carry packages. In a similar incident in September of [redacted], I had also faced an issue where a package was not delivered to my home. I had a conversation with Logan from the local UPS branch in Port Angeles, WA regarding this matter, and he assured me that steps would be taken to prevent this from reoccurring. The straightforward resolution would be for future deliveries to be made to the address listed on the package, as I specifically paid for home delivery, not for it to be left at the office or any other location. Additionally, I want to avoid receiving packages intended for others, like a recent incident where a package that did not belong to me was left at my door.

I am Beth W. and I witnessed a UPS delivery driver speeding down U-Pond Drive on November 7, [redacted], reaching well over the 20 mph speed limit. The driver headed towards [redacted] U-Pond Drive in Angleton, Texas, a private gravel road populated with children and animals. Despite the danger, the driver did not slow down even when a dog ran onto the road, only honking the horn. I have been trying to contact UPS through various numbers, including 1-[redacted], but have not received any response. I urge UPS to address this reckless driving behavior to prevent any future incidents. A supervisor's call to confirm the receipt of this email would be appreciated.

I recently experienced a frustrating situation with an overseas UPS representative. I was expecting an overnight envelope with time-sensitive material to arrive on Saturday, but it did not. Today, I had a disappointing experience while returning a package. The staff member, a white male in his mid-twenties, was rude and unhelpful. He refused to print my return label, charged my card multiple times, and struggled to seal the package. Despite my challenges as a person of color, a Bosnian war veteran, and someone with medical disabilities, I did my best to handle the situation calmly. Unfortunately, even when I provided my own tape, the staff member seemed bothered by my request for a receipt. As a veteran, I have faced discrimination and mistreatment before, especially on Veterans Day. This incident in San Francisco, CA, adds to the list of unpleasant encounters, leaving me frustrated with the lack of respect shown.

After following GetHuman's suggested number, I encountered a frustrating 'six-minute' hold that extended way beyond the estimated time. With my urgent package delivery needs due to my disability, I couldn't wait any longer. Instead, I took matters into my own hands, did some research, and found a different number to contact. This time, I successfully connected with a live representative who helped me resolve the issue promptly. It was crucial for me to speak directly to UPS to provide them with critical delivery information. Sadly, GetHuman's initial three-minute hold turned into an unacceptable thirty-minute wait, which prompted me to seek alternative solutions.

I am frustrated that my package is still 4 miles away since Saturday. Despite multiple attempts to contact UPS, I have been unable to speak with a representative. The experience has made me consider using FedEx or USPS in the future.

I was meant to receive a delivery on November 13th, but it did not arrive. I have been home for the last five days and no attempt was made to deliver it or leave a notification. My contact numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I have tried contacting the company twice without success. A second delivery from the government also did not arrive, leading to a third one being sent by Meds by Mail. They will monitor this shipment closely. The package contains important medical supplies. UPS is familiar with my address as we receive deliveries here occasionally. I am frustrated with the lack of delivery and want the driver responsible investigated. The VA is also aware of the situation now.

As senior citizens who rarely leave our home, it is imperative that packages are delivered to our FRONT DOOR correctly. Unfortunately, recent deliveries have missed this mark, causing us to overlook them entirely. 1. On 11/17/[redacted], a package with tracking number 1Z 6A3 F63 03 0[redacted] was left at our garage door but logged as delivered to the FRONT DOOR, which is located at the rear of our condo. We have photographic evidence if needed. 2. Today, 11/18/[redacted], two perishable items for our Thanksgiving dinner with tracking numbers 1Z R69 1W9 03 0[redacted] & 1Z R69 [redacted] 03 0[redacted] were left at the sliding door on the side of the building marked "MAIN ENTRANCE --->." To resolve this issue, we suggest adding more detailed instructions to our account on the UPS website. We appreciate the excellent service provided by our regular driver, David. Hello UPS Customer Service, I received a package today and I'm concerned about its condition. The driver didn't handle the delivery well and left without waiting after dropping it off. I wasn't able to open the door in time, but I noticed the box had significant damage. The $[redacted].93 Trek bike inside could be affected. Unfortunately, the box shows signs of being tampered with, and the bike's protective bubble wrap seems to have been removed. I'm disappointed in the lack of care during delivery and plan to have the bike assessed at a shop due to the damage. I tried to file a claim with pictures, but the files are too large to submit. This is my third time reaching out to UPS regarding a recurring issue. Twice within a week, packages have been returned to the shipper claiming I refused delivery when I did not. Both packages seem stuck at the West Sacramento hub before being sent back. One shipper has sent a replacement, while the other's item was returned today. The tracking number for the second item is 1Z63W[redacted][redacted]. I suspect a driver error as this happened twice recently. I have more packages coming and need reassurance from UPS that this issue is resolved. I was assured someone would contact me twice, but I have yet to receive any communication.

On December 1st, we were surprised to receive a package from Golden Bolt Memphis that we did not order, weighing 10.90 pounds. Our attempts to contact Golden Bolt proved fruitless as we couldn't find a phone number or email for them online. After struggling with the UPS phone system for hours, we were eventually able to reach a real person only to find out the package had already been shipped with tracking number 1Z915FX[redacted]5. We urgently request to intercept and return the package as we won't be home on the delivery day due to living on a highway. We hope for a smoother communication process going forward.
