I have a claim number [redacted]A. I received an email regarding the claim stating that delivery couldn't be proven. The paperwork had my name as Bonnie Rhodes, but the shipped-to address was for Douglas Patrick, not me. I visited that address nearby, and they mentioned receiving a queen mattress they ordered, not my king mattress. My correct address is 93 Crows Nest Loop. The tracking number shows delivery in Aug 18 to Springville, TN, but I can't receive packages on my front porch. I want a refund or my mattress as per my full payment receipt of $98. I tried filling out forms on the dashboard but had issues. Please contact me via email as I can't call in for some reason. Thank you. - B.R. [redacted]

I would like to file a complaint regarding the delivery of my grandson's bed with tracking numbers 1Z6R747W[redacted] & 1Z6R747W[redacted]. The delivery came earlier than expected, and despite my efforts to have it delayed due to my grandson not moving into his new home yet, the driver still left it at the front door of the empty house. Evette at the Tampa hub tried to help but the driver ignored instructions not to deliver it. I had to rush to retrieve the bed before it was damaged by rain or stolen, inconveniencing my coworkers. I had to seek their help again to redeliver it after my grandson moved in, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. While I understand the hard work of UPS drivers, incidents like this harm UPS's reputation and do not inspire confidence.

After placing an order with T-Mobile, I had to call customer service to address an issue which led to a new order creation. Despite their inability to stop the initial shipment, they advised me to contact UPS with the tracking number once I obtained it in order to cancel the first order delivery. UPS's delivery process poses a challenge for me as they do not usually knock on my door and simply leave packages due to the number of steps leading to my front door. I made several attempts to cancel the order with UPS, but the automated system repeatedly disconnected my calls, making it challenging to speak to a representative. Frustrating experience!

Hello, I just wanted to inform you that there are individuals impersonating your logo and trying to scam money from users, especially sellers, on the Marketplace. They claim that users need to purchase a €[redacted] card for transport insurance before proceeding with the transaction. Allegedly, the buyer will cover the costs. I assume this address does not belong to you: Service Ups Service Ups <[redacted]>. Scammers are becoming more prevalent and creative. Have a great weekend.

I received a UPS package from Holland intended for my home in Sherman Oaks, California. Initially, UPS notified me it would arrive on Monday, September 13. Despite receiving daily emails afterwards with updated delivery estimates, on Friday, September 17, I was informed that the address on the package was incorrect as it was listed as [redacted] Cody Road instead of [redacted] Cody Road. Surprisingly, throughout this process, UPS never asked me to confirm my address. I called UPS on September 17 to rectify the situation, and a representative assured me that my information was reported, but couldn't confirm its receipt. She mentioned she would call back if there were any updates but never did. She indicated that the package was still at a UPS facility near my home. I also contacted the sender in Holland to address the address error at their end, but they claimed they tried. My request is for UPS to correct the address mistake and deliver the package promptly as I have a deadline to meet.

Yesterday, on September 21st, all deliveries to my condominium building's package room were rejected. Carriers unwilling to deliver to individual units were told to redeliver the next day. Several packages for me were marked as returned-to-sender by UPS instead of being redelivered. One issue was resolved with a customer service representative before, but now I can't reach another human representative for the remaining problems.

Some of your current delivery personnel have been leaving our packages in the driveway lately, resulting in damaged items exposed to the weather near a side entrance visible from the street. Today there was another incident with a $[redacted] Apple Watch order (Tracking Number: 1Z8Y94F[redacted]3). Similarly, on September 17, we found another package (Tracking Number: 1Z098W3V[redacted]) soaked in the rain on the driveway. It's disappointing that UPS drivers are not utilizing our covered front porch, like previous ones and your competitors did, which is just as accessible. This decline in service standards is concerning. I've tried contacting customer service without success. I will inform Amazon of this issue. The simple solution is to avoid leaving packages in the driveway and instead place them on the covered front porch near the front door.

I dropped off a package with a label created at Staples in Penfield, NY. The tracking number is 1Z14V[redacted][redacted]. UPS site shows the label is created but not received, dropped off on 9/17 or 9/18 without the Staples receipt. eBay now shows the item shipped on 9/30, while UPS has no record. Staples can't provide proof of drop off. Seeking clarity on whether eBay used this label for billing. Thanks, Dan

I experienced a delivery issue with UPS. The driver marked my Amazon order as delivered, but most items were missing. One small box was left at a neighbor's gate, damaged and opened. Three large boxes are still missing. The tracking number is: 1Z82V[redacted][redacted]. UPS claimed the package was delivered, refused to investigate, and instructed me to contact Amazon. They did not cooperate or help me reach the driver. I fear for my upcoming Amazon orders. UPS needs to address these problems with their drivers and local offices.

I shipped a package to a school in Kotzebue, AK on September 27th, [redacted]. The teacher who was meant to receive the materials contacted me about its whereabouts. The tracking information indicates the package is awaiting future delivery, but it's actually lost. It is frustrating to see the tracking information falsely stating that the receiver requested it to be held. Shipping to AK is costly, and discovering UPS has not been transparent about the package's status is disappointing. I anticipated the teacher to have the materials within 3-5 days. She, too, is distressed about the delay. We are both puzzled by the tracking information. I spoke with a customer service representative only to find out the box is lost. Why wasn't this communicated to us earlier?

I am experiencing difficulties with the UPS branch on Battlefield Street in Springfield, MO. I have been a customer there for 13 years and have noticed a significant decline in service quality. There was a staff change a few months ago, and since then, the service has been a nightmare. The new staff appears untrained, leading to delays and confusion in processing shipments. Even when I tried a different branch on National Street, the service was equally unsatisfactory. An incident where an employee used multiple stamps instead of a correct postage label left a bad impression. I remember a person named Becky managing the location before, but she seems to be gone as per the National office. I prefer to remain anonymous but urge UPS to assess the poor service quality at this location to uphold its reputation.

Tracking number: 1Z68V57E[redacted] My delivery was scheduled for a day when I couldn't be at home to receive it. I paid UPS extra to have the package held at the nearest UPS Store location. Three days ago (October 4th), the tracking information was updated to indicate a delivery issue and they were supposed to contact me for an alternate location. However, I haven't heard from UPS. The tracking now shows "On the way," but it's been stagnant for three days. I'm currently at home, waiting for the package to be delivered to my home city, but I can't reach anyone by phone to address this delay. I require that the tracking be updated to deliver the package to the original home address only as I no longer need it redirected elsewhere, and I am requesting a refund for the unfulfilled service of dropping it off at the UPS Store near me.

We have relocated our business to our home premises. We receive packages daily and utilize pick-up services. Our new rural location includes a 1/4 mile driveway. We encounter issues with UPS drivers inconsistently delivering to our door or leaving packages at the mailbox. None of the drivers currently complete pick-ups, leading to us handling it ourselves. Despite contacting UPS, the promised changes have not been implemented. Our road is accessible with a clear passage to the business. What we seek is reliable delivery and pick-up services, especially since we have paid for this service. Thank you for your assistance.

I need all my packages delivered directly to my address, not to the rental office. The rental office is not my address, and it's challenging for me to pick up packages from there due to a disability. Please ensure all deliveries are made to my address in the lobby where I can access them. Other carriers like FedEx, Amazon, and USPS deliver to my address without issues. It's crucial for me to receive my packages directly as I've had medical supplies left at the rental office without my knowledge. Please, if possible, instruct the driver to deliver to my address if the manager is unavailable at the rental office. Thank you.

I have received a suspicious UPS notice about a free grant community package that requires me to pay $[redacted] to receive it. The notice instructs me to visit the UPS website and enter a tracking number consisting of all zeros. I have been receiving emails claiming this grant money is being sent through UPS, and after paying them money, they asked for more before sending the package. Unfortunately, these scammers have already taken thousands of dollars from me. It is concerning how convincing they are. The phone number they used to contact me is [redacted] claiming to be Larry Miller, and a person named Sharon Provost from Milton, VT, got me involved in this. I suspect they received money through this scam. I contacted the police, but they were unable to assist. I urge UPS to investigate and take action against these scammers misusing your logo.

On Friday, October 8, I was expecting to receive two packages; one from Amazon and one from Zulily. Working from home allowed me to keep track of deliveries. Although I received one package from Amazon, the parcel locker note for the other was empty. Contacting Amazon, I was informed the items were marked as delivered to the parcel locker, which wasn't the case. Following the seller's advice, I tried to file a claim without success. Today, I reached out to Zulily about a similar situation with 3 items also marked as delivered to the parcel locker, missing two packages in total. Despite receiving one notification, I'm puzzled by why the UPS delivery person only left one package at my door. I am eager to locate the missing items from both Amazon and Zulily, each containing three items.

On October 6, [redacted], I received an official email from [redacted] regarding an exclusive offer to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of UPS My Choice®. The email offered a 1-year UPS My Choice Premium membership for just $10 using the promo code UPSMyChoice10. On October 9, [redacted], I attempted to apply the promo code to my order within the specified time frame but received an error message stating the code was no longer valid. As a loyal UPS My Choice member since [redacted], I believe UPS should uphold their offer and provide the discount as promised. I hope UPS customer service can address this issue promptly before the special 10-day offer expires on October 16, [redacted], allowing me to benefit from the promotion.

The UPS delivery driver once again left my package at the Post Office instead of delivering it to my house. Even though the label clearly states UPS GROUND and not SurePost, the packages keep ending up at the P.O. Even though the UPS tracking information online states that the items were left at my front door, they were actually left at the Post Office and put in our mailbox. The Post Office is half a mile away, and UPS Ground is expected to deliver to our door. This continued behavior inconveniences us, fails to provide the service paid for by the shipper, and shifts their responsibilities onto the USPS. This is a recurring issue that has happened several times now.

I am experiencing a delay with my Amazon package with tracking number 1Z9X263Y[redacted]. The package has been stagnant at Fort Worth, TX, the last stop before delivery, since last Friday. Originally, the estimated delivery date was October 11 but was then advanced to Friday, October 8. As I wouldn't be available, I rescheduled delivery for Monday, October 11 through UPS My Choice. Despite receiving confirmation of the date alteration, the package has not moved from Fort Worth to my location. I am concerned as a different package from the same location is already en route to me. The tracking status has not been updated since Friday, simply advising to check back later. Unfortunately, I am unable to get in touch with someone to address this issue, and I urgently need the package to arrive by today or tomorrow before my scheduled departure on Thursday.

I am currently experiencing an issue with the delivery of my Amazon orders due to a reported invalid address by UPS. The address, [redacted] Swenson Way, Hampton, NJ 08[redacted], is a valid postal address where we receive all our mail. Despite this, UPS claims they cannot locate us on GPS/Google Maps, leading to them changing the address to a non-existent location, 11 1/2 Crabapple Cove. Our local UPS mail carriers are aware of this issue and deliver packages correctly to [redacted] Swenson Way. This issue has persisted since we moved to this address in July [redacted]. As a result, Amazon will no longer process our orders due to the address discrepancy flagged by UPS. I am a frustrated Amazon Prime customer and seek guidance on resolving this issue to continue purchasing through Amazon.
