I shipped a package via Priority Mail to my son, and the tracking number is [redacted] [redacted] 7 for 6 to 7 [redacted] 3 [redacted] 02. When I checked the tracking information, it shows that the package was delivered, but unfortunately, he hasn't received it yet. I have been trying to contact various United States Post Office phone numbers to get help locating the package, but I haven't been able to reach a live person. The package was sent on April 23rd and contains important documents that we really need to find. The tracking number indicates it was delivered, but we are unsure of the delivery location. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this situation as it's frustrating to only interact with automated systems. Thank you for your swift response and support. Best regards, Jean L.

I have faced an issue with my lost package sent via USPS overnight with tracking number EJ[redacted]22US. The package was required to reach ProTravel International LLC in New York City within 24 hours. It contained 2 passports with visa documents for China. Despite being indicated as delivered to an agent, the package never reached its destination. Contact with both USPS and ProTravel did not provide a resolution immediately. Eventually, ProTravel received the package a day late, leading to travel delays and rearrangements due to the passport not being available for a prior trip as intended.

I submitted a change of address on March 26, [redacted] for five names. I paid $1.00 for each change and received confirmations for all submissions with the correct new address. Old Address: [redacted] E Lamar, Palestine, Texas [redacted] New Address: [redacted] Private Road, Palestine, Texas [redacted] We are not receiving much mail, and all yellow slips show COA to [redacted] Private Road instead of [redacted] Private Road. I have contacted the post office multiple times, and they confirm that everything is correct. Public places cannot update our address as their system deems it invalid. I am unsure how to resolve this issue. Thank you for any assistance. Angela M.

Hello, I need assistance with parcel RO[redacted]39RU as it was not delivered to the Amazon center due to being marked as refused by the recipient. Despite scheduling a redelivery, I am uncertain if it will be successful. After contacting Amazon support, I was informed that USPS, my carrier, needs to use the Carrier Appointment Request Portal to book an appointment. Amazon provided the following instructions: "To schedule a delivery appointment, download the FBA Booking Form, fill it out, and email it to your carrier. Have your carrier create an account and log into our Carrier Appointment Request Portal, providing them with a copy of the User Manual for Carriers. The fulfillment center will respond within 24 hours to determine a delivery time." I am concerned about the parcel potentially being returned to me since it was shipped internationally. Thank you in advance for any guidance or assistance. Kind regards, IK

Hello, I recently received an email notification about mail that should have been in my mailbox on Friday, 5/03/[redacted]. One important item was my daughter's State Tax refund check. The items were not found in my home mailbox. The only thing delivered on 5/3/19 was a college flyer, which was also mentioned in the email about that day's delivery. I checked other email notifications from USPS dating back to April 26, [redacted], and realized that a graduation invite and picture were also supposed to be delivered but are missing as of today's date. On Monday, 5/6/19, I went to the main Post Office on Pardee Ave in Oakland, CA to inquire about my missing mail. The employee who assisted me couldn't provide an answer regarding the whereabouts of my missing mail. She mentioned that the mail carrier for my area claims to deliver all mail meant for my address when he has it. I am feeling frustrated and helpless as USPS hasn't been able to help me locate my missing or possibly stolen mail. I have tried calling the toll-free number, but the wait time is at least 1 to 2 hours. Can someone please help me in finding my missing mail? I am unsure how many other pieces of mail are missing up to today's date.

My case number is CA[redacted]09. I would like to inquire about the status of my case as I am not receiving my mail despite updating my address before moving from Maryland to North Carolina on April 13. I am only getting one piece of mail a day or sometimes no mail at all. I visited the post office in Williamston, NC, and was informed that Rocky Mount is holding my mail for some reason. I also contacted my postmaster in Waldorf, Maryland, who assured me that all my mail was forwarded to me in NC, yet I have not received anything. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my mail. Please provide me with an update. Thank you. - Cindy R.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I sent this package through a USPS blue collection box on April 18th. After it went missing for a couple of weeks, I received a notification on May 7th saying it was in transit. The customer had already reported it lost and received a refund. I've reached out to USPS several times about this situation. I require documentation about my communication with USPS regarding the package being lost and then found and marked as in transit.

I recently had a package shipped to me from Lithuania with tracking number RE[redacted]84LT. Unfortunately, I realized too late that I provided my old address, [redacted] Beechdale Dr, Orlando, FL [redacted], instead of my current address, [redacted] Windy Point Ct, Winston Salem, NC [redacted]. I attempted to intercept the package, but was informed that this service was not available. The tracking information now states that the package is eligible for pickup at the old address, but since I've moved, I cannot retrieve it from there. I'm unsure of what options are available to me at this point to ensure delivery to my updated location.

Last Thursday, on May 2, [redacted], I placed three pieces of mail in our mailbox at home, making sure to raise the flag for pick up. Unfortunately, there was no collection on Friday, May 3, or Saturday, May 4. Even when mail was later delivered on Monday, May 6, the items I had left for pick up were left behind. When I spoke to the mail carrier on Tuesday, May 7, he seemed unaware of the issue, which was frustrating. These incidents are just part of a series of problems we've experienced at our local Post Office - from mail being placed in the wrong box to missing items and even receiving mail meant for others, leading to a missed payment statement and a late fee (which is now paid). Trying to contact a real person at the Post Office by phone is nearly impossible, as the automated system doesn't cover all the issues that need addressing. This decline in service from the Post Office is disheartening.

I recently purchased a limited edition jacket for $70 with expedited shipping, but according to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered at 4:12pm even though I did not receive it nor sign for it. I suspect the package may have been taken by another resident in my building. My family was home all day and no delivery was made to us. I believe the building's security cameras could help investigate this issue. It is disappointing that the express delivery service failed in this instance. I urge for a thorough investigation into this matter, as the service's mistakes can cause inconvenience and frustration. It's essential to address these delivery errors promptly and provide a better service to customers in the future.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a package that the USPS claims has been delivered but is nowhere to be found. I received an email from USPS stating that the package was out for delivery, however, it has not turned up. The tracking information on the USPS website states the package was delivered to "Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room" without specifying the exact address, leaving me unsure of where it was left. I have reached out to my cell phone provider, Tello, who sent the package, and they confirmed the address it was sent to. Despite checking with the front desk at the delivery address and with my mother, we have not been able to locate the package. I am requesting the post office to provide me with the complete name and address on the package to verify the correct delivery location. Additionally, I would like to know the first name of the postal delivery person for further inquiry. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as I am unable to use my cell phone without the SIM card. Thank you, Marcia S.

My package seems to be having a hard time getting delivered to my residence at [redacted] Dell Ave, Venice, CA [redacted]. The house number is clearly visible on both sides of the fence, so I'm unsure why my mail carrier hasn't been able to leave it on the other side. I receive deliveries regularly without any issues, and no delivery slips have been left despite the driver claiming attempted delivery. There was supposedly an attempt made last night while I was at home, but I was unaware of it. I've already signed up online to pick it up on Tuesday and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]72. My house is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the post office.

I misplaced the tracking number for an international package. The package was sent from [redacted] Van Ness Ave, Gardena, CA 90[redacted], on May 4, [redacted], for $14.05. It was destined for Francisco Cano at [redacted] Ampliacion Bellavista, Salamanca, Guanajuato, [redacted] Mexico, with a return address of [redacted] Townsend Park Row, Richmond, Virginia [redacted]. Despite the recipient being Luis Arredondo, the package was incorrectly addressed to Francisco Cano, a street in Mexico. I learned this after sending it. I am looking to retrieve the tracking number to track the package's location and ascertain if it is held up in customs. The customs form filled out for the package should have the necessary tracking information.

On Friday, May 10th, I sent a priority mail package to my son-in-law in Connecticut from Georgia. I took extra care to label the package as fragile and perishable and included a note to keep it upright. Unfortunately, when my son-in-law received it, the package looked like it had been mishandled, with dirt on it, which was disappointing. It seems like despite marking it clearly, the postal carriers didn't handle it with care. The package being left on the porch without ringing the bell added to the frustration. This experience was unacceptable, and I was even more disappointed as I lost money on the cupcakes due to the included insurance.

I am seeking assistance as I have not received any mail despite submitting an address change request on March 29, [redacted], from Mt. Vernon, IN [redacted] to forward my mail to my new address at 380H Country Club Lane, Madisonville, KY [redacted]. It is currently May 17, [redacted]. I have visited the local post office three times, but unfortunately, they have been unhelpful and rude. I have exhausted various phone numbers to contact the postal service, which has been time-consuming and frustrating. As an 80-year-old woman, I am disappointed by the lack of concern for our mail by the postal service. I am eagerly awaiting a check from an insurance company that has been sent to me, so it is crucial that I receive my mail promptly. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Coletta Wheeler.

On 04/24/[redacted], I sent two letters via certified restricted mail for court service. Despite being delivered, they weren't signed for by the intended recipient, forcing me to refile in court. To resolve this, I visited the Blaine, Washington post office where a supervisor initially promised a refund upon presenting my receipt. On my return, I was met with resistance from the counter staff, questioning the documents' integrity and offering only a partial refund. Despite requesting to speak with the supervisor, I was told she was unavailable. Only after pointing out her presence did the staff acknowledge her, but claimed she was too busy to assist me. I need help contacting the office to obtain my refund without further inconvenience. The bill number on the receipt is: [redacted]3-[redacted]-2, Clerk 30, transaction amount $24.30.

Hello, I'm Katrina F. Recently, I sold a DSLR camera to Jennifer S. and shipped it to Victor B. in Streator, Illinois. Despite sending the packages with tracking numbers RN[redacted]24GB and RN [redacted]38GB, I haven't received payment from Jennifer. I'd like to have the packages redirected back to me. I've included my sender details on the packages. I've reached out to Royal Mail, and they mentioned that the packages left Langley in the morning and advised me to contact USPS for redelivery. Any assistance with this matter would be highly valued. Thank you.

Tracking Reference: CJ[redacted]65US I received a notification this morning stating that a delivery attempt was made at 8:18 on Saturday, May 18th. However, I can confirm that there was no such attempt, and no delivery card was left at my address, 1 Trevarren Drive, Sunderland, SR2 0YW, United Kingdom. I am currently unable to contact you directly from overseas and assume you are working with a local postal service in the UK. Could you provide me with more information so that I can try to resolve this issue? You can reach me at my UK cell number: +44 7[redacted]23. Thank you.

I had placed two bills in the mailbox for pickup on May 22nd, but when I returned home at 4:00 pm, the mail hadn't been collected. I called the post office and spoke to Rick. He mentioned there were high water issues in the area causing delays with the carrier. However, I had been out twice that day and didn't encounter any water preventing mail pickup. Rick then informed me the carrier was back at the office and suggested I bring the bills to town for pickup, to which I declined. After verifying that there was no water obstructing the roads, I drove back home through three different routes, confirming no water-related barriers were present.

My package was supposed to be delivered today, and although my regular mail arrived, the package did not. I ensured that my porch was accessible and the front door was unlocked for easy delivery. When I returned home, the package was not there. The tracking information claims a delivery attempt was made due to no access, although I was home at 12:23 pm. I am upset by this dishonesty and have informed a gentleman at the Holbrook, IL post office about the missing package. I will follow up with the Holbrook, IL office tomorrow, Friday 5/24. My tracking number is: 9[redacted] 9[redacted] [redacted] 90.
