I missed the delivery of my package today, tracking number #LX[redacted]84US. The courier did not ring the gate at my apartment complex as instructed. I fear a similar issue may arise during this afternoon's delivery attempt. I am unable to reach anyone by phone currently, but I would like to share my phone number for direct contact with the courier to ensure successful delivery. Alternatively, if direct contact is not feasible, I would appreciate if the package could be held at the nearby post office.

I sent a package on 9-26-19, and according to your records, it was delivered on 9-28-19. This package was a gift for my stepson, yet he has not received it. I have tried to get help from several people, but my calls have not been returned. One person is unreachable, and the other keeps saying they are looking into it. Despite my inquiries, I have not been able to file a claim for this missing, insured item. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution so far.

Four out of the 40 boxes containing our personal belongings were damaged during the move, resulting in the destruction of our items. It appears that we are required to have a business account to proceed, which we do not possess. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide receipts as we had our belongings shipped to our new residence. I have a reference number, #[redacted]2, from Elizabeth Del Pilar. However, I am struggling to locate a suitable website to submit my claim or upload the pictures documenting the damaged items.

I, Christina R., am frustrated that my package was repeatedly delivered to my home when it should have been sent to my work address at [redacted] Flank Drive, Harrisburg, PA [redacted]. Despite Sprint confirming the correct delivery location during a call with UPS, the package was still sent to my home address at [redacted] Wood Street, Harrisburg, PA [redacted]. My tracking number is 1ZX8W[redacted][redacted]. I cannot pick it up from any location and expect it to be delivered back to my house today. My work hours end at 5 PM, and I need the package before I leave town on 10/10/[redacted]. I demand a supervisor to contact me immediately at [redacted]. I am frustrated with UPS's repeated errors and will file a formal complaint if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I sent three ceiling fans to someone, and I was notified that only two had arrived. Upon checking the tracking information, all three fans were scanned at the post office, with two showing delivery confirmation and the third (missing) only showing its last scan at my local post office. I filed a claim for the missing item based on this tracking data. However, my claim has been denied twice due to the lack of evidence showing that I dropped off the package. I have a printout from the USPS website that clearly indicates the last scan was when I handed it over at the post office. I am seeking compensation for the missing item, amounting to $[redacted].81, but USPS will only reimburse up to $[redacted]. I believe I am entitled to this amount as the package is missing and the tracking information supports this. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]75.

Hello, I am concerned about my package with tracking number TR# [redacted][redacted]45. It is currently still in transit past the expected delivery time of 8pm, now it's 11:50pm. I have items that need to be returned for a refund by the 11th, and the warehouse would reject the package if it does not arrive in time. Please ensure the delivery driver is aware of this situation, as I really need the refund and cannot afford to lose it. I hope the tracking is just delayed and the package will arrive on time. Thank you for your assistance in this matter as the company is not willing to extend the deadline. Despite personal issues, I need this return to go smoothly. Thank you for understanding. Best regards, M. H.

I have been experiencing significant issues with mail delivery since moving to my new address at 99 Squarehaven Ct in San Jose, CA [redacted]. For over two weeks, I have been waiting for two crucial letters that have not arrived. When I changed my address from my PO Box, my mail was not forwarded as expected. Furthermore, I have received mail intended for others and vice versa, which is concerning. Prior to this, a person arrived at my old address sharing mail from a year ago, which is a serious breach of privacy. I am shocked that my private information has been shared in this manner. I am considering legal actions to address these failings. While I want to add a lock to my mailbox to secure my mail, it will not prevent the ongoing issue of misdelivered mail. It is crucial that this matter is rectified promptly by the postal service.

This issue started in November/December of [redacted] when I realized I wasn't receiving any mail around Christmas. None of my packages reached me, and after calling the sender, they informed me all had been returned due to a supposed dog problem in my neighborhood. When I inquired at the post office, they claimed my dog was causing disturbances, although my dogs were always inside or in the backyard. Despite my attempts to address the situation with a manager, I received no resolution and was eventually told to get a P.O. Box because of the alleged dog issue. Now, facing challenges due to my Section 8 status not allowing a P.O. Box, I'm unsure whom to consult to rectify this situation, as this misunderstanding wasn't caused by my dog. I seek guidance on how to proceed without jeopardizing my Section 8 benefits.

I recently ordered clothes from the US, and I have been informed that my parcel is being held at customs in the UK since 09/10 due to payment of charges. I have not received any notification from USPS regarding this issue. The online seller advised me to pay the custom duty and collect the parcel in person, but I am unsure about where and how to make the payment. Despite my efforts to contact USPS, I have not been able to get any information. I am frustrated by this delay and the lack of communication. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this matter. My tracking number is LZ[redacted]06US. Thank you. - Nicholas P.

Subject: Concerns Regarding USPS Service in Kailua Kona, Hawaii To USPS Management, I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issues I have experienced with USPS services in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. There have been multiple instances where my packages have gone missing, and despite USPS marking them as delivered, they were not received by me or my spouse. This has happened repeatedly, causing significant inconvenience and stress. When ordering items from companies like Amazon that use USPS for delivery, we have encountered numerous delivery problems. Unlike my previous experiences in Los Angeles where deliveries were reliable, the service in Kona has been disappointing. Packages are marked as delivered without actually being received, leading to confusion and frustration. I am demanding an investigation into these delivery discrepancies and would like to understand why these issues persist. I have provided tracking numbers for the recent missing packages: [redacted][redacted]23 and [redacted][redacted]82. It is essential for USPS to address these problems promptly and improve the quality of service provided in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Sincerely, Mrs. S.

We own a business situated on the corner of two streets. Our main address is on the front street, but our warehouse is on the side street. UPS and FEDEX have been able to deliver to the side street without any issues, although our USPS deliveries continue to arrive at the front address. Given the proximity between the front and side of the building, it's challenging for USPS to handle oversized packages inside. Unlike other carriers, USPS insists on delivering to the front where the mailbox is located. The physical location is the same; it's simply a matter of utilizing a different entrance. How can we ensure that USPS delivers to the side receiving area like our other carriers? Currently, USPS leaves large packages in our customer area and walkway rather than in the designated receiving zone on the side of the building. Thank you for your help.

I reside at [redacted] Whispering Creek Dr., Ballwin, MO [redacted] in a condo with a shared mailbox unit. The unit is in poor condition, with broken large boxes. My assigned box is number 3, and my key no longer opens it. I left a note for the postal carrier, but the lock needs USPS attention. I am seeking a resolution for this issue and eventually, a replacement for the entire unit, similar to newer ones in nearby condos. Your assistance in fixing my lock and providing an update on when this will be addressed is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I shipped a package in a box I bought at a post office on 10/15/19. It arrived on 10/18/19 in a damaged box with the contents exposed. The box was labeled "Made in CHINA" and I suspect the package may have been tampered with. Another package sent to the same address at the same time hasn't been delivered yet. I am dissatisfied with USPS' service. Please respond to this message to receive the tracking number and photos of the damaged box.

I submitted a change of address with the United States Postal Service, but it's still active even though I've moved back to my previous location. While I updated my address with my banks and creditors, I only informed the USPS yesterday. They are sending mail to my old address, which I no longer have access to as it is located in a trailer park where I no longer reside. No one is checking that mailbox, so it's crucial to have the mail forwarded to my current address. Unfortunately, I can't visit the post office personally as I am not nearby. Despite attempting to call customer service, I couldn't get through to speak with anyone. I urgently need the auto registration that is currently in the mailbox.

I updated my mailing address online in early September to have my mail forwarded to my new address starting on September 16th. However, as of today, my mail has not been forwarded. I contacted USPS on October 11th and was assured that someone would follow up within 24-48 hours. An inquiry was supposedly filed, and I was given a Service Request #[redacted]6. Despite this, no one got back to me, and my mail still hasn't been forwarded. I called again on October 17th, received the same timeline for a response, but no one has reached out, and my mail situation remains unresolved. My old address is: Steven Insler 1 Kinderkamack Rd. Apt 14 Oradell, NJ [redacted] My new address is: Steven Insler 70 Barrington Rd. Ridgewood, NJ [redacted] I find it unacceptable that after 6 weeks, my mail issue persists, and no one has addressed it as promised. I eagerly await your assistance. Thank you, Steven Insler
