On March 31, [redacted], I purchased a money order (#[redacted]4) for $[redacted] to pay the IRS, sending it with "return-receipt." The green card showed the IRS received it on April 2, [redacted], but subsequent checks revealed it was not processed. Despite several attempts to contact USPS Accounting Helpdesk and a Money Order Inquiry requested on June 26, [redacted], inquiry #[redacted]0 was closed with no resolution. Post office representatives have also been unable to help. The $[redacted] was for my quarterly business tax, and I've been unsuccessful in retrieving it. The lack of response from USPS and the HelpDesk is frustrating. I am seeking assistance on how to recover my money. Thank you, Georgia B. [redacted]

I recently relocated from Los Angeles back to my family's long-time residence in Sonora, CA. While trying to forward my mail online, I encountered issues as the USPS system required an apartment number. To bypass this problem, I completed a physical change-of-address form at the post office. However, I am facing difficulties updating my address with my bank and other accounts as they also demand an apartment number. The correct address is: [redacted] N Bald Mountain Rd Sonora, CA [redacted] My parents have resided at this address for 25 years, and it is a single-family home. I have included a letter from the Tuolumne County Department of Public Works verifying the address linked to the parcel. Furthermore, I have attached a screenshot showing the error message I received when trying to submit the official USPS Change of Address form online. Could you assist me in rectifying this issue within the USPS system or guide me to the appropriate contact for help? The local post office personnel informed me that they are unable to resolve this matter.

I submitted an insurance claim on December 30, [redacted]. Recently, I received a letter dated December 31, [redacted], instructing me to bring the damaged item to the local post office. The item, which was shipped from Connecticut to Colorado via Ebay, arrived destroyed despite careful packaging. The buyer also received a similar request and confirmed the damage at their post office. Despite this, the claim is still "under review". I am seeking clarification on the delay and how to speed up the process. The claim number provided is [redacted]. Furthermore, prior to filing the claim, I issued a refund to the buyer. However, when filling out the form, I specified my Paypal account for payment, which seems to have been overlooked. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact a knowledgeable AR representative in your accounting department every day this week regarding a letter I received requesting payment for an uncanceled check. The letter states it is not an insufficient funds issue. It warns of the possibility of sending the matter to collections if payment is not made within a specified timeframe. I am unable to speak to a person due to endless recording loops. It is frustrating and impedes the timely resolution of this matter. I urgently require an AR representative with the authority and expertise to contact me promptly. Thank you. (Note: My email address contains 3 L's!)

I am having difficulty reaching a human representative. I have tried various keywords and phrases but keep getting disconnected or stuck in a loop of options without speaking to a person. I have been trying to get assistance with a package issue for over a month, as listed on their website. When attempting to use their online forms, I encounter issues where it won't submit despite having all the required contact information filled out. This problem has persisted since the start of December, regardless of the device or browser I use. After being on hold for 2.5 hours once, I managed to speak to a lady briefly before being disconnected and redirected to a survey. I seek the ability to call and speak directly to a human by pressing 0 for help with my package that is stalled and not being returned. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I believe the mail carrier mistakenly picked up a UPS package that was delivered to my home today and left on the front porch. I had a USPS mail pick-up scheduled, and I think they may have thought the UPS package was part of my outgoing mail. The USPS Mail Carrier drove a white van and came around the same time as the UPS delivery. The UPS driver confirmed leaving the package on the front porch. This is urgent. Can you help ensure the mail carrier brings the UPS package back? The package weighs 9 lbs and is addressed to HoyDino, Inc at [redacted] Ten Oaks Drive, Tallahassee, FL [redacted]. The sender is YG Labs in California. Thank you, Terri Email: [redacted] Alt email: [redacted]

Subject: Delivery Issues at [redacted] Blue Bird Drive, Johnson City, TN [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am a 76-year-old retired widow living at [redacted] Blue Bird Drive, Johnson City, TN [redacted] with my daughter and daughter-in-law. We face challenges with package deliveries due to physical limitations. Our new USPS carrier has refused to deliver packages to our home, citing issues with our driveway. Despite providing hardship letters, the situation has worsened. We have never faced such difficulties with previous carriers and simply request packages to be delivered to our front porch. This ongoing problem has created extreme hardship for us, forcing us to pick up packages at the post office and risk exposure during the pandemic. We seek a resolution to this issue to receive our supplies safely at home. Sincerely, J. McLendon

I'm Hannah Crawford. I've been waiting for my USPS package with prescription medication for nearly two weeks now. It was due on 1/15, but the tracking shows it's been in transit from Nashville to BG, KY since 1/15 at 1 am. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I've tried filing service requests, missing mail requests, and speaking with the local post office and the company that sent it, but have had no luck. My health insurance won't cover another prescription this month, so I'm stuck.

I visited the post office in Elmhurst, NY today to send a document. Initially, I opted for certified mail with tracking number 7[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] and paid $4.80. Shortly after, I decided to change it to Priority Express Mail with tracking number EJ[redacted]02US for $36.35. I returned to the counter, and although the clerk offered to handle the change of envelope herself, I preferred to do it personally to ensure everything was done before leaving. I provided the document and the sticker from the certified mail to her, asking about the $4.80 refund. She mentioned she couldn’t process the refund since she didn't change the envelope herself. Regrettably, she didn't provide me with a cancellation receipt. Concerned about sending the important document through USPS, I noticed that both the certified and Priority Mail tracking numbers show the items are in transit. This caused some confusion as I intended to send only the Priority Express Mail. Thank you for your assistance.

We mistakenly provided the wrong apartment number, [redacted] instead of [redacted], at [redacted] S 108th Ct. Due to this error, we are not receiving crucial mail. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve it from the current resident of [redacted], they have refused to cooperate. We have made efforts to update our address with the correct information, but due to the complexities of dealing with Federal Agencies, the changes have not been made promptly. When we moved from [redacted] S 108th Ct #[redacted], we updated our address to [redacted] S 108th Ct #[redacted] but later realized our mistake. We have contacted USPS, sent another address change request, and supplied our correct details but have faced challenges. We urge the postal carrier to deliver our mail correctly to our designated box by ensuring it is addressed to our name at apartment [redacted], as the mailboxes are clearly labeled. Our apartment manager consistently provides updated resident information to aid in proper mail delivery.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my USPS delivery person for almost a year now. Despite numerous complaints, I am repeatedly told the problem has been resolved. I have even visited the office to speak with the supervisor, but to no avail. In the past month, three packages were marked as delivered to my small apartment mailbox, but they were not there. The delivery person even claimed to have handed a package to my daughter, who was at work at the time. Frustrated, I called to complain again yesterday. I have a package scheduled for Saturday for my grandson's birthday, and I really hope it gets delivered correctly this time. This recurring problem is not only costing me money but also testing my patience. As a person on disability without transportation, this situation is incredibly inconvenient. One of the employees suggested I write to Washington D.C. to seek help with the issue, which seems ridiculous to me.

I am really frustrated and upset because I was told that my DVDs were delivered this morning when I was outside all morning and there was no sign of any packages until after 2 p.m. I even showed the mail carrier that I did not receive them, along with having to return mail for another address multiple times a week. This has been an ongoing issue for almost four years, causing me to lose money and even affecting my health due to missing medication. USPS continuously messes up my deliveries, and the explanations given by the managers are unsatisfactory. It's hard to believe they can't find my house when I've lived here for 19 years. This situation is unacceptable, and I have had to stop ordering online due to these constant problems. It feels like they are violating my rights, and there should be consequences for their actions. It's time for a change in the way they handle deliveries.

I reside at 33 Lee Road [redacted] in Smith's Station, AL [redacted]. Recently, I was notified that my address was removed from the national postal database. Despite contacting the local post office and the Lee County Courthouse for assistance, I have not been able to resolve this issue. My concern is that important mail, like my bank statements, is not reaching me. I have an upcoming appointment with Jamie, who is said to be the Post Master General for the area, to address this matter further. As tax season approaches, it is crucial for me to receive all my mail promptly. For now, I am seeking guidance on how to rectify this situation and would appreciate any help or advice you can provide. Thank you for your assistance. Rita J. Loe.

Since January 2nd, I've been eagerly waiting for mail to reach my new address after setting up a temporary change. Despite using Informed Delivery to track my mail, I've noticed that the pieces shown haven't been arriving. It's especially concerning as a small business owner working from home, missing out on important customer payments. Despite contacting the local post office, who confirmed the mail is being forwarded, I remain puzzled about its whereabouts. I hold two change of address confirmation numbers for my personal and business mail. Previous Address: 14 Red Fox Ct., Springfield, IL [redacted] Current Address: [redacted] Circlewood Dr., Venice, FL Thanks, P. Austiff

I received conflicting messages regarding my certified mail package sent on 1/14. Initially, it was said to have been delivered on 1/17, then I was informed today that it will be delivered by 9 pm on 1/19. On Tuesday, I received an email at [redacted] stating: Dear Mary Anderson, Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused when our service falls short. It seems that your item with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered to the IRS on 1/17/21 without a final delivery scan. It may have been processed by the IRS with no delivery record captured. Today, I received another email saying: Hello Mary Anderson, Your item arrived at the Post Office in FRESNO, CA at 10:11 am on January 29, [redacted]. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] Please contact me urgently as the package contains an important check for my [redacted] tax return that needs to be processed promptly.

I have been experiencing issues receiving my packages from the postal service. The mail carrier has repeatedly claimed there was no safe place to leave the package or space in my mailbox, despite tracking showing attempted deliveries at unusual times. Furthermore, I am consistently receiving advertising mail late, such as getting Thursday's advertiser on Monday. Despite efforts to contact the local post office, the postmaster general, and filing complaints with no callbacks, the problem persists. My mailbox is located at the end of my road, and packages are supposed to be delivered to my home if they don't fit. Unfortunately, packages have been forcefully squeezed into the mailbox, resulting in damaged contents and even breaking the mailbox flag.

I am experiencing challenges with my local post office. I frequently send packages and utilize carrier pick-up services. Recently, the carrier notified me that they are unable to come to my second-floor apartment due to safety concerns and suggested I leave packages in the lobby. However, without a key for my mailbox and unable to obtain one from building management, this solution isn't practical as it might compromise the security of my items. Although I can place small items in my mailbox, the carrier overlooked them during the last pick-up. I am unable to drive all the time due to health issues and disabilities, making the pick-up service essential to me. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue and possibly change the post office's policy to accommodate my needs.

I suspect my mail carrier is taking my mail. I have video evidence of her stealing and attempting to use my mother's debit card. I have tried contacting multiple times with various reference numbers provided, but no one has responded. Despite my efforts to report this to the post office, nothing has been resolved. I intend to share this evidence online and with the media to shed light on the lack of action taken. The mail carrier, identified by truck number [redacted], continues her reckless behavior, almost causing harm to a child today. Her continuous theft and recklessness have been disregarded by USPS, and I fear she will continue due to the lack of accountability.

I have not received any mail or packages in my area in the last 2 weeks, despite reporting the issue over 5 days ago. I have a confirmation number #[redacted]2 and received an email from my local post office, Henry W. McGee, assuring me they would investigate. One crucial item I am waiting for is a $[redacted].00 phone. In case of damage or loss by the post office, I am concerned about reimbursement for my losses. My zip code is [redacted]. Hello, my name is Rogelio Perez, and I reside at [redacted] Bailey St, Houston, TX [redacted]. I am in the business of buying and selling vehicles, and one of my vehicles has been at the same location since 1/28/[redacted] due to a missing package. I ordered an AC compressor from eBay, which was sent via USPS. The package note states it was placed in my mailbox at 12:50 pm on 1/28/20, but there was no key to access the box. In the following days, different carriers attempted to open the box, but the package was not there; it seems they delivered it to a different address. Despite my efforts to reach a manager or supervisor, I have not received any answers from USPS. As a result, my vehicle remains in the same place because I cannot purchase another compressor. I urgently need a resolution. Tracking # [redacted][redacted]09.
