The Kennedale, Texas Post Office has been refusing to deliver mail from the IRS to our family. Despite following advice given by a customer service agent, who suggested obtaining a power of attorney, the post office continues to refuse and claims ignorance about the issue. Their actions have caused significant unnecessary problems for my family, and their rude behavior is unparalleled. Our ordeal has been ongoing for a month now, and it has become a terrible situation. It is frustrating when people exceed their boundaries, creating problems that they then pass on to others. The authority they have to decide who receives mail should not lead to such difficulties.

The tracking for LY[redacted]45CN does not provide a delivery date, only that it will be delayed. I purchased a new desk chair online for $67.36 on 3/18/21. Despite the almost useless tracking number, it arrived in Chicago on 3/27 from China. However, on 4/7, USPS tracking indicated a delay. After finally reaching a live USPS representative on 4/16, they were unable to provide more information but promised a follow-up in two to three business days. On 4/16, the tracking status updated to "delivered," stating it was left in the mailbox at 12:04 pm, yet all I found was an oven mitt. Contacted PayPal for assistance, but was directed to call back during business hours. Received an email from USPS today inquiring about problem resolution and service rating. Frustrated with the delays and inability to speak with a live USPS person.

I ordered some Pokemon items from America and received tracking updates until April 3, [redacted]. The last update was that my package was in transit to the next facility within the USPS network. Since April 3rd, there have been no further updates, and the package has not left the country to reach me in England, United Kingdom. I am concerned about its status as it seems to be lost or stolen. I reside at a community mailbox that is about a mile away from my home. Due to health issues, I have been unable to walk to collect my mail for the past three weeks. I typically retrieve my mail early on Sunday mornings to avoid traffic as walking there is challenging and requires frequent rests due to my deteriorating health. I am currently 75 years old and facing the loss of both my lower legs. I urgently need my mail as it contains essential medication. Unfortunately, I cannot drive and have no means of transportation other than walking. My package was scheduled for delivery yesterday, and I was at home all day monitoring its progress. Upon checking last night (4/18), the tracking status indicated a local delivery delay. This morning (4/19), the update showed an attempted delivery on the previous day with a note stating the postal service couldn't find a secure location to leave the package. Despite reviewing my security cameras, I found no USPS delivery person entering my building. They are now insisting I collect the package in person since redelivery is not an option. My mother in the UK shipped me a package with tracking number LB[redacted]45GB. Unfortunately, the parcel was mistakenly returned to her by USPS, claiming our residence was vacant. This was inaccurate, as we have been home every day during the Covid crisis. After the package was resent by Royal Mail in March with the same tracking number, it somehow ended up in Atlanta, Georgia on or around April 15th, [redacted], marked as "Out for Delivery" despite us living in Colorado. Sadly, the gift was deemed "Undeliverable" and "Return to Sender." The tracking information indicates that the parcel is currently at the facility in Atlanta, GA [redacted] as of April 15, [redacted], at 3:37 pm. I believe the address was correct, as my mother sent me a photo of the label before resending it. Any assistance in locating and delivering the parcel would be greatly appreciated. I received a notice stating my mailbox is too small. My regular mail carrier usually leaves packages across from the mailboxes at my mother's chairs under her stoop. After calling the local post office, I was informed by a woman that the package couldn't fit on the truck and assured it would be delivered today. It is now Friday, and I am starting to doubt the information I was given. I explained my carrier is familiar with where to place packages, but was told it was not a substitute driver. This is the second time this has occurred within a week. The first time, I was told it was a substitute named Mike. I sent an original artwork to Australia as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered and appears to have gone missing in the U.S. Despite filing an inquiry with USPS, it was declared lost and the case was closed. When I tried to check the "Inquiry History" link in their email, I received an error message stating the service was unavailable. I am hoping the package can be located and returned, but at the very least, I would like a refund for the shipping fees. Shipping to Australia is quite costly, and I believe it's unfair to be charged for a service that was not fulfilled. I am not seeking reimbursement for the materials, just the shipping costs.

My Victoria's Secret order, a larger one, may be lost. Placed on April 17, [redacted], the order number is W[redacted]71. Shipped on April 19, the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]0. The latest update I have is from April 20, showing it was out for delivery in Monroe Township, NJ. The estimated delivery date was April 26, but as of April 27, it only says "ready to go." I spoke with a kind Victoria's Secret representative who advised me to wait until April 30 if the package does not arrive. I am concerned and would like to contact USPS for help.

Last week, I attempted to mail my letters at the mailbox in Granary Square on McBean Parkway in Valencia, located at Ralph's market. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where the mailbox would only partially open, leaving a 4" opening. Despite this, I still deposited my mail inside. I am concerned if there was an intentional obstruction or if a package got stuck inside the mailbox. I am unsure if my mail can be retrieved since the box seemed to have a problem. I hope my letters will still be forwarded to the intended recipients. If this mailbox is not operational, I would have expected it to be closed completely. I have not received my package. The website indicates that it's in transit but does not provide specific location details. It was expected to arrive on 4/23/21 by 8 pm. As a Tupperware sales representative, I am currently awaiting a substantial order of six boxes. To my frustration, the mail carrier attempted to deliver the package but ultimately returned it. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact both the Añasco and Cataño offices as no one answers the phone. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering my physical limitations due to a leg injury preventing me from visiting the office in person. I am experiencing ongoing delivery problems with my local post office. I am disappointed with the delivery service for my package. Initially, they claimed to have left a notice, which they did not. After visiting the Johnsonville SC post office, they couldn't locate my package and advised me to contact the Hemingway Post Office. The Hemingway Post Office mentioned they spoke to someone regarding the supposed notice left at my house, which never happened. Despite promises to call back, I received no update. Upon my follow-up, it was discovered that my package was mistakenly delivered to someone else's house. I showed the employee the tracking details on my phone. The outfits in the package were for an upcoming trip, and I am requesting a refund due to this inconvenience.

I am an Etsy seller who shipped a package to a customer using USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]91 back in February. The package is currently being held in Pleasanton CA due to reasons including insufficient shipping costs. I received a notice from USPS about this and paid the additional shipping costs over a month ago. The recipient also added $5 in shipping costs, but a redelivery has not been made, even after multiple calls to USPS to resolve the issue. Both my customer and I believe a refund for the extra money paid to USPS is necessary due to the unacceptable level of incompetence in handling this situation.
