I sent a package to Calgary, Alberta, Canada on Monday for overnight delivery. The tracking number is [redacted]. It cost $[redacted] to send. However, the package has not arrived yet. It was with the United States Postal Service until it reached Canada and was supposed to switch to FedEx. My elderly mother, who is 81 years old, has been eagerly waiting for it at her apartment, which requires a code for entry. Yesterday, I received a notification that the package was in Miami, Florida, and still en route. This is concerning because it has not reached my mother in Calgary. My package was initially meant for the Canary Islands in September, but it got delivered to Madrid instead and never made it to its final destination. After staying in Madrid for several days, it was sent back to the US, going through San Francisco, Memphis, and back to San Francisco, finally reaching me today, 3 1/2 months later. I had paid $73.00 for the shipping and would appreciate a refund for this inconvenience. The tracking number associated with this shipment is CH[redacted]99US.

I would like to inquire about international shipping details. Upon sending a parcel, will the recipient need to pay any duties? What are the restrictions on items that can be shipped? Is there an option to prepay duties from my location? Should I pack the parcel and then drop it off at USPS, or do they handle the packaging and postage there? Does your shipping service include deliveries to the United Kingdom? I prefer to cover all costs from my end and avoid the recipient paying anything. Is there a method for me to add my address or make advance payments if required?

I have visited the Snohomish post office ([redacted]) several times and attempted to call more than 10 times to set up a new address. Despite my efforts, I have found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. My address is unique and challenging to locate, but it is the one designated by Snohomish County. After four weeks of unsuccessful attempts, I am unsure of the next steps. When I spoke to Laurel at the Snohomish branch, she mentioned waiting without specifying a resolution. I purchased items from the NFL shop and they were initially sent via FedEx. Once the package reached Anchorage, Alaska, it was handed over to USPS. It has been over a month since this transfer and I have not received my package yet. The last tracking update shows it arrived in Anchorage on November 30, [redacted]. The FedEx tracking number is [redacted][redacted], but I did not receive a new tracking number from the Anchorage offices.

I am curious about the delay in the shipment of my package from the post office in White River Junction, VT [redacted]. The tracking information shows that the package is still at the post office with an "acceptance pending" status for over 2 days. This has occurred multiple times before and I am unsure why there is a delay in shipping my package promptly from the post office. I asked for my mail to be held. I've been getting informed delivery pictures but whenever I visit the post office, they claim there's nothing for me. I plan to update my address today and pick up my backlog of mail. I suspect the driver may be keeping my mail while on the route instead of leaving it at the post office as I instructed. Good afternoon, I required a letter to be sent out the next day to Charlotte at: Duke Energy Investor Relations [redacted] South Church Street, EC01W Charlotte, NC [redacted] After checking online, it stated it was delivered to a PO Box in Charlotte, NC [redacted]. Unfortunately, it did not specify the box number. I have tried to contact Duke Energy but have not received a response yet. The letter contains sensitive information. If it was not delivered to the address I provided, could I please receive a refund along with free shipping? I now need to obtain another document with a medallion stamp.

I recently received my package, but it arrived 8 days late. Unfortunately, the box was damaged with straps on it. Upon opening it, I found grease all over the items, which were significantly damaged, and part of my order was missing. It seems like the items fell out in the grease or were run over before being taped and strapped back into the box. This situation is unacceptable. I have contacted the seller, who is also upset about this issue. I am requesting a complete refund and will return the damaged merchandise. I am baffled by who would handle the items in such a careless manner. The seller is not at fault, as I have a picture of the box being packed, showing the items were in mint condition. I have encountered issues with my postal carrier not delivering all my mail. On December 22, [redacted], I was expecting 6 first-class mail pieces that were visible on Informed Delivery but were never received. I promptly reported this on the Informed Delivery website; however, the response indicated that they might be delivered later, which unfortunately did not happen. Furthermore, yesterday, the carrier collected my outgoing mail but failed to deliver any incoming mail. Informed Delivery indicated 2 first-class mail pieces with checks, crucial for monthly payments, were missing from today's mail. All addresses were accurate on the mail pieces. I am troubled by the repeated failures in mail delivery, as my senders may incur additional costs to stop payment on checks and resend them due to the carriers' inefficiency.

In early September [redacted], I tried to return a rifle scope to Leupold for repairs through UPS, but was denied due to their policy on shipping items related to rifles. Subsequently, I attempted to use USPS at the same location with no success. I then went ½ a mile and shipped it through FedEx instead. Today, I encountered issues at the same UPS store when trying to ship eBay items via USPS. The clerk refused to provide a shipping label and suggested photographing the packages. I also experienced difficulties using a USPS QR code in the past. I am considering conducting my future shipping business at the nearest USPS location due to these ongoing issues.
