I m trying to reach usaa, will be late on payment * days. Phone is shut off....late on it. I was speaking to a rep. yesterday....but , other than my ssn' my pin, and my usaa *,....they couldn t verify me. im at the library now....with no phone access. Drove up to their offices, i m in Colorado Springs,....they ve been shut down for some time.* thanks for letting me vent. How much verification does one need to pay a bill.....someone could break into my account , i guess, and pay my bill. Blessings. Dale M. Pitts
