For the past two weeks, Uber has been issuing unexpected refunds for mysterious charges on my account. I've attempted different payment methods and even deleted the app, but I consistently encounter the same error message when trying to arrange a ride. I've captured screenshots of the issue, but the message lacks clarity. Currently in Mexico, having access to a reliable rideshare app is crucial for my safety and convenience. I'm eager for Uber to investigate the root of the issue and rectify it promptly so I can return to using the service.

I received a $[redacted] Uber gift card via email. When I tried to sign in, it seems to only allow new users to register. It recognizes my email but not my phone number. I have tried six times to sign in, but I am unable to find a live person to assist me at Uber, which is frustrating. I am annoyed by the situation as I cannot log in due to it only accepting new users and not recognizing my email address.

As a former driver, I deposited a small settlement check dated 8.31.20 on 11.30.20, well within the 90-day period. Unfortunately, the check was not paid, resulting in a $20 charge from my bank for the returned payment. I even took the initiative to contact my bank beforehand to ensure the check would clear. The check in question is number [redacted] for $17.22. What frustrates me even more is that I initially chose not to deposit the first small check I received from Uber, but decided to deposit the second one, only for it not to be honored.

My UBER account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized charges on an Uber Eats account in Amsterdam. I recently had to cancel two trips from North Vancouver to Vancouver International Airport. The first trip was scheduled for 3:55 AM on the 16th of December. However, after confirming, I realized it indicated a pickup time of 2:55 AM. Assuming I made a mistake, I canceled the trip and rebooked it, but the same issue occurred. After canceling once more, I tried booking it on my laptop, and it worked perfectly. My only concern now is the message I received after booking stating, "Uber cannot guarantee pickup." Hans

Earlier today, I took an Uber from my house to the laundromat. The ride was as requested, but the driver's attitude was very rude. The main issue occurred when I tried to get an Uber back home from the laundromat. I paid for the ride, but it never arrived or even contacted me despite my messages. I waited outside for 45 minutes, but it didn't show up, leaving me stranded without any money left for a different Uber. I had to walk a long distance with heavy bags of clothes from 26th and Broadway to South 43rd and Market, making me incredibly late for work and risking losing my job. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and stressful.

The Uber driver seemed to be in a rush as he repeatedly called me to come down, only to drive off when I arrived. Couldn't he have waited a few minutes? It was cold and rainy, and I had already informed him I was on my way. This behavior was extremely rude. I am disappointed with the Uber service in Chicago; it was very unprofessional. What frustrates me more is that he canceled the trip just because of a short wait, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. This is unacceptable service. I hope this issue can be addressed as I have heard similar complaints from friends about Uber drivers in Chicago.

Last night, I took a cab at 10:20 pm from Lakshmi Mansion TC Palya to Lalitha Flats at Ayyapanagar. Initially, the fare was 60 rupees, but later I was charged [redacted] rupees. After contacting app support, they refunded 60 rupees, leaving me with a total payment of 72 rupees. I am unsure how long this balance will remain in my wallet as I had a previous issue where [redacted] rupees was refunded but then deducted from my account. I usually trust Uber and use their services at all hours, but I seldom encounter such problems. I hope someone can address my concern and provide a satisfactory resolution to my complaint. I've been experiencing unauthorized charges on my credit card for Uber rides that are not linked to my own Uber account. I've already reported this fraudulent activity to my bank, and they canceled my card and sent me a new one. However, the charges are continuing to appear on the replacement card. Is there a possibility to investigate the account responsible from your side and deactivate it or prevent my credit card from being used on any Uber account moving forward (as I have a separate card linked to my personal Uber account)?

This morning, I booked an Uber at IGI Airport Terminal 3. I was in the pickup zone, waiting for Uber, but they didn't show up. After waiting for around 30 minutes, I had to book an Ola to get home. Now, when I tried to book an Uber again, they mentioned that I have an outstanding amount of [redacted] Rs for my last ride. However, I never took that ride and shouldn't be charged for it. I need this issue resolved promptly as I should not have to pay for a trip I never took.

I had a frustrating experience with Uber. The first driver was confused about my location despite clear instructions, leading to a lengthy wait. The ride was then reassigned to a driver named Syed, who also had trouble finding me. After waiting in the cold, the driver canceled the trip, leaving me in a difficult situation. To top it off, I was charged a cancellation fee, even though I did not cancel the trip. After a long and challenging process, Uber refunded me with an Uber credit instead of returning my money. This whole experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I have no intention of using Uber in this area again. It was truly the worst day dealing with this issue.

I took an Uber last night around 6 pm from Westy Self Storage on Westmoreland Avenue in White Plains to 11 Orchard Parkway in White Plains. During the snowstorm on December 16, [redacted], an incident involving your company driver, Victor O Crespo, occurred. He lost control of his vehicle, and as a result, he rear-ended the driver side of my car, damaging the rear bumper and tail light. We exchanged our driver's licenses and registration information, but Victor did not have his insurance card on hand. He promised to text me a copy once he returned to his Uber base. I tried contacting him at 1-[redacted] this morning, but he did not respond. Victor O Crespo lives at [redacted] Mitchell Ave, Long Beach, NY [redacted], and he was driving a [redacted] Beige Toyota Camry with VIN# 4T1BD1FK4GU181534. His car had damages on the passenger side bumper and cracked headlight. The accident took place at the intersection of 161st Street and Odgen Avenue in the Bronx.

I am having trouble receiving SMS messages to my Gmail account. Someone has been using a different Gmail account, b****8gmail, which is not mine. I have been attempting to use Uber for the past three months, but I am experiencing multiple issues. These problems include password mismatches, discrepancies in my phone information, and other frustrating reasons preventing me from signing in. Despite reaching out to Uber about these issues, I have not received any responses. The help services have been inadequate, with no live agents available through the various phone numbers provided. I am unable to speak with a live person, which has been very frustrating. This whole situation has been giving me headaches and disappointment as Uber is not assisting their consumers properly. I encountered several issues with my recent Uber Eats order. Initially, I tried to apply a promo code that promised $30 off, which was emailed to me. Unfortunately, the code didn't work, and I was informed that I wasn't eligible, despite receiving it in my email. Undeterred, I proceeded with my order, intending to use a $25 gift card in my account. Despite ensuring that the gift card was set to be applied, it wasn't deducted from my total, causing me to pay more than planned. I am requesting that the gift card be retroactively applied or preferably, a full refund due to the poor experience I had.
