I was trying to go home ... The driver himself cancelled the ride and I am asked to pay the cancellation charges.I booked the ride a gew days back. The driver didn't come. He himself cancelled the ride without informing me. I was waiting n called the driver. He didn't pick up the call. Now whenever I open the app to book the ride it says that I hv to pay ***- for my previous trip.
They are very careless. They don't even want to locate the location n do as they like.
I want the extra charge coming in my account to be removed
