Hello, I encountered an issue while placing an order through your app. When I tried to finalize the order, an error message popped up saying, "something has gone wrong" and prompted me to restart the order. Strangely, my basket was empty after this message, so I placed another order, which seemed successful. However, both orders were delivered to my address. Unfortunately, the restaurant declined to take back one of the orders for a refund. Consequently, I ended up with two orders and was charged twice. I kindly request a refund for one of the orders or a partial refund to cover the financial loss. This situation arose due to an error or glitch with your app. I have been a devoted customer for years, as my account history demonstrates. I would appreciate it if you could process a refund for me. I placed an order at KFC Kidlington today at 3:40 pm for a delivery with an estimated time of 20-25 minutes. The driver's photo on the app did not match the person who arrived, causing confusion. The delivery was 50 minutes late, and the driver was rude and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable. He threatened me when I asked for a refund as the food was 1.5 hours late. Despite my attempts to communicate via chat on the app, he arrived unannounced, insisting I take the food. I declined and asked for a refund, but he left after being confrontational. The driver falsely marked the order as delivered, though I never received it. Uber's response denying a refund due to the timing of my complaint is disappointing, given the unsettling experience and safety concerns I faced.

The driver attempted to contact me, but I missed the call as I was briefly away from my phone. Regrettably, there was no follow-up attempt by the driver. Upon checking the app status, it indicated that the delivery had been made, yet no food was received when I checked my door. Despite my efforts to seek assistance through the support feature, the system was overwhelmed, and after an hour of waiting, I abandoned the attempt. Subsequently, I created an account to address the issue and have tirelessly explored all available options within the app's help section to secure a refund. However, there is no record of my order (as I ordered as a guest) and no clear process to file a complaint. I have contacted two phone numbers, where one did not recognize any orders, and the other was unable to offer assistance. Although I possess an email confirmation of the order and payment, an order number is absent. I have been waiting for my order for 55 minutes now. The estimated delivery time was between 10:05-10:25 AM, and it's now 11:05 AM. The app falsely stated that the order was delivered, but the restaurant assured me that the driver was two minutes away, which was not true. When I called the restaurant after waiting for an additional 10 minutes, the employee was rude and blamed me for ordering through UberEats. I explained that regardless of the courier, the delivery was late. This situation is frustrating, especially because I ordered breakfast for my sick girlfriend at our hotel. It has been an hour now, and I am still waiting. This experience is the worst I've had as an Uber Platinum member.

I placed an order at Bath restaurant and provided order number ME[redacted]85. I ordered McFlurrys that were poorly packaged, big tastys with tomatoes and onions despite my request for none, cheeseburgers with gherkins added and not removed as per my request, two cheeseburgers arrived squashed at the bottom of the bag, and one sandwich was missing. The total cost was £39.12.

I recently placed an Uber Eats order to do my weekly shopping from Asda, taking advantage of a promotion where you get £20 off for spending over £50. Upon delivery, half of my order was missing and some items were incorrect, even though I selected return and refund. I was charged £35 for £25 worth of items, which was my entire budget to feed my five kids for the week. I reached out via chat and after providing details about the promotion I used, communication suddenly stopped. This experience has caused me significant stress, leading me to borrow money to replace the missing items. I am extremely disappointed in Asda and Uber for what seems like a scam, especially during such a challenging time with the cost of living crisis.

Hello, I recently made a purchase through Uber Eats. My order took longer than expected, with no updates on the app. Consequently, I initiated a chat with customer service. While trying to navigate to speak with a live representative, I accidentally selected to cancel the order. As a result, I was charged a cancellation fee of 26 euros out of the total order cost of 31 euros. I promptly reached out to customer service to rectify the error and request a refund. They informed me that they couldn't assist via chat and that the support team would follow up with me. However, I have yet to hear back from them, and I'm unable to find a way to contact them. Hi, I am frustrated as this has happened multiple times. Despite numerous complaints, the support I received was unhelpful, leaving me dissatisfied. I have contacted several customer support representatives to no avail. I won't be using Uber Eats until I receive a refund for undelivered items. Please review my order from August 17th, as evidence shows the charge on my bank statement. I am disappointed with the unnecessary back and forth. This recurring issue of being overcharged, like what happened on Monday, is unacceptable. I demand a prompt refund to my debit card. The total amount charged incorrectly is over £30. I'm experiencing a frustrating situation with my recent Uber Eats order. An hour ago, I placed an order, but upon delivery, I received two bags filled only with duplicated drinks, missing all the food items. The labels did not match the contents. I ordered Indian takeout from the Indian Kitchen and was extremely disappointed with the poor service and staff efficiency. My vegetarian korma was substituted with a chicken korma, which I couldn't eat being a strict vegetarian. They agreed to resend my order, but the replacement only included a tray of curry with a few pieces of potatoes, missing all the other items I ordered. I am seeking a refund for an order I placed, then promptly canceled, which was incorrectly processed despite my cancellation. Subsequently, customer support claimed the order was delivered, but I did not receive it. The system inaccurately portrayed my cancellation status, resulting in unnecessary complications. I placed an order at Las Islas Marias yesterday but unfortunately never received it. The initial driver informed me of delays, but was replaced before pickup. The second driver, Khalid, was assigned, picked up the order, then encountered issues leading to cancellation. Repeated attempts with Khalid failed. Eventually, Natali took over and was said to have picked up the order and delivered it, though she hadn't. Upon contacting Natali, I learned the order was actually taken by the first driver. The restaurant confirmed this confusion, explaining subsequent drivers were unaware the order had been claimed.

I ordered food from Uber Eats on Friday evening and closely monitored the app to ensure I didn't miss the delivery. Upon the driver's arrival, I promptly went to the door, along with the 24/7 concierge at the apartment who witnessed the driver's arrival. Regrettably, the driver delivered the wrong order and assured me he would return with the correct one. Soon after, I received a call from the driver stating that someone else would bring my order. When I inquired about the timing for pickup, he abruptly ended the call. I waited at the front door, but no one arrived. Subsequently, I noticed the order was canceled, and I was charged. Despite my attempts to contact Uber Eats support and the restaurant, no resolution was reached. An email from Uber Eats mentioned that the driver had completed the delivery process, thus denying my refund. I strongly disagree as I observed that the driver did not return with my order. I am determined to obtain a refund and seek compensation for the lack of resolution and unsatisfactory customer service I experienced.

I purchased 2 trilogy box meals from KFC City Road on October 2nd. Unfortunately, both orders were missing fries, mini fillets, and sweet chilli dip, and had the incorrect drinks. After numerous complaints, I only received a refund for one box. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was told it was too late for a refund as more than 48 hours had passed. This situation has been frustrating as I have been waiting for days for a resolution. I am owed a total of £23.27 in refunds. I have provided my contact details and eagerly await a prompt response.

I am frustrated with the consistently poor service I have been receiving from Uber Eats. I placed an order over an hour ago and experienced multiple driver changes and delays in the estimated delivery time. The order was ultimately canceled after the driver arrived at the restaurant, leaving me waiting for 50 minutes. This is not an isolated incident, and I am disappointed with the uncertainty surrounding my food deliveries. I am now hungry and will have to reorder, unsure if my food will arrive. J'ai commandé 5 articles de la catégorie course pour gagner du temps avec une réduction de 50%. La note était d'environ 13€ pour tout. À la réception, il manquait 3 produits, ramenant la note à 10€ sans la réduction. Cette réduction n'était plus avantageuse sans les 3 produits manquants. Si j'avais su, j'aurais annulé ma commande. Au final, j'ai payé 10€ pour seulement 2 produits sur les 5. De plus, j'ai dû me rendre au supermarché malgré tout. Je suis frustrée d'avoir perdu temps et argent. C'est inacceptable d'être informée des produits manquants à la réception de la commande. Je n'aurais jamais passé commande si j'avais su, car les frais de livraison étaient plus élevés que les courses, et je ne pouvais pas me permettre de perdre du temps.

I placed an order with Mr. Smash Burgers and Wings in South Sea, Portsmouth. After a delay, I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my food. They said it was still being prepared and would be delivered in 20-25 minutes. However, over an hour later, I have not received any updates from the Uber driver, and their location is not showing on the app. I am extremely frustrated as this was a £50 order.

I ordered two burgers from a restaurant, but I received someone else's completely different order. I didn't like what I received because it wasn't what I ordered. We ended up re-ordering from Deliveroo. They are telling me I can't get a refund, which is unacceptable given the current cost of living crisis. How dare they drop off someone else's food and refuse to refund me for the mistake they made. I am not happy at all with this situation.
