Hi, I made an order via your app and when I went to put the order through it stated 'error - something has gone wrong' and told me to restart the order..there was then nothing in my basket, I then made another order which seemed to have went through.. I then received both orders to my address. The restaurant could and would not accept one order back for me to get a refund. As a result u have received * orders and been charged twice. Please can you refund one order or at least part of it to cover the financial loss as I did not want * orders and this happened as a result of an 'error' or glitch with your app. I am a loyal long term customer and have bene ordering from you for years as my records and account shows. Please try process a refund for me. Thanks
