Hello, I have ordered from McDonald's many times, and they always forget multiple items in my order. I wonder why this keeps happening. When I complain, they assure me they will contact the restaurant to prevent this from recurring, but unfortunately, it does. It's frustrating because the refund isn't the main concern for me, but the inability to reorder the missing items when I still want the food and am hungry. I would prefer to receive the food I originally ordered rather than a refund.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas from QUEEN MARGARITA Pizza in Toronto, and upon realizing a 45-minute wait for delivery, I promptly cancelled. My name is Aubrey Lowenstein. We were informed we'd still be charged $70.06. After trying unsuccessfully to reinstate the order, we contacted the restaurant, only to be told to reach out to Uber Eats for a resolution. Despite cancelling within 4 minutes, we were left frustrated by Uber Eats' unhelpful customer service. I seek to have the charge removed. Contact me at [redacted].

I had to reject my order upon delivery as the beef stew had leaked all over the plastic bag. I've been trying to contact Uber Eats through the app, but no one seems concerned that I didn't receive my food. I had to order from somewhere else, yet I was still charged. Please refund me and allow me to close my account to move on from Uber Eats' poor service! 😡😡😡😡

I placed an order at 47 Iveagh Court, RG12 9PW on the 2nd of December for McDonald's. The delivery time was delayed by nearly 2 hours, and upon arrival, the order was incomplete, missing all the main items except the drinks and cheesy melts. When I asked the driver for help, he declined, stating it wasn't his responsibility. I am extremely frustrated by this recurring issue with Uber Eats and demand a full refund. This experience is unacceptable, and I am disappointed as it's not the first time it has happened. I will not be using Uber Eats again after this incident.

I placed an order on Saturday, December 3, [redacted], for a Boneless Banquet Bucket for 4, a Fillet Burger, and a 1-piece meal totaling £34.98. Unfortunately, the order was completely incorrect upon arrival, including the receipt. I received 2 Fillet Burger meals with a receipt that did not match. The order number and name on the receipt were different, as it showed "Jo B" instead of my name, Jo Arnold. I reported this issue twice through the app last night but have not received any response or acknowledgment. The service I have experienced so far has been disappointing, to say the least. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect order.

I ordered a delicious pizza and kebab. Unfortunately, my order never arrived. Despite two to three driver cancellations, the final delivery person managed to cancel the order, for which I am grateful. I was charged $22 by Outlook Fish and Chips for an order I did not make. I have emailed receipts as evidence and would appreciate a refund. Additionally, I request compensation for the time wasted waiting on the restaurant, as they should have declined the order instead of accepting it.

Hello! I used the Uber Eats app to order from a local liquor store called Posh while visiting Houston, TX. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. When I contacted the store, they informed me they were unable to complete the order and advised me to have Uber Eats cancel it. I kindly request a refund for the undelivered order and a promo code for a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I placed an order on Uber Eats, and about 10-15 minutes later, the store owner called me, saying they can't provide the items I ordered. They suggested substituting it or canceling through the app, which I did. Despite canceling, I was still charged. Soon after, I ordered from another restaurant but can't get a response through the app. When contacting, an automated message apologizes for the delay. Uber Eats explained that once a restaurant starts preparing an order, a refund is not possible. They mentioned this during the cancellation process, and if I had canceled within 3 minutes of placing the order, it would be free. I am frustrated by the lack of response and the unexpected charge. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Order Number: #E6F7E Name: W. Raja Address: Flat 10, 1 Dock Street, LS10 1NA We placed an order with Mr T's Leeds via Uber Eats and unfortunately, we did not receive our delivery. Despite contacting Mr T's, we were informed that the order was marked as completed. The assigned driver, Muhammad Haris, did not arrive or make any contact. We are now left waiting for our food and struggling to resolve the issue. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my order not being delivered as the delivery person went to the wrong address, despite me providing the correct one. Unfortunately, the driver was uncooperative when I asked him to confirm the address or contact the restaurant for assistance. I mentioned contacting Uber Eats, but I am having trouble finding their contact information along with the restaurant's. When I reached out to the driver again, he claimed the delivery was completed, but it has not reached me yet. I've tried to contact Uber Eats through their website's help chat twice, but I have not received a response so far.

I placed an order for a meal on Monday evening with order number 946DA using a 40% discount code. The discount was applied during the order process, but the receipt I received did not reflect the discount. I have already contacted support through the app on Monday evening and was advised to wait for a response. It has been three days now, and I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the overcharged amount from my bank account.

I used the McDonald's app to place an order, and Uber Eats delivered it, but unfortunately, half of my items were missing. I ordered a large Big Mac meal with large fries and a large Banana milkshake, but the Big Mac was missing. Additionally, I ordered a large McCrispy meal with large fries and a large Coke, and the McCrispy was missing. Moreover, a double cheeseburger and a share box of cheese dippers were missing as well. I feel disappointed as we went without food all day and were excited for our McDonald's order, only to find most of it missing. I am hoping for a full refund.

I made an order with Marhaba Express around 9 pm, which is a service I frequently use. After placing the order, my phone died. Normally, the drivers knock on the door, so I wasn't concerned initially. However, when I discovered that my food had not yet arrived, I checked my phone and noticed that the driver had attempted to call me. Why didn't he knock on the door as usual? As a result, I had to reorder the food, losing £22 in the process. I am quite upset about this situation.

My delivery from Spice Paradise was scheduled for 6:30 pm on 12/7, but it was delayed once again. I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that the Uber driver arrived at 6:55 pm. After waiting an additional 25 minutes, I reached out to the driver, who explained that the restaurant didn't have the order ready until 7:20 pm. The restaurant staff had misled me about the pickup time earlier. I am requesting a full refund for this order.

I feel disappointed by my recent food order experience. I paid $34 and tipped $8, expecting a 5-piece tender box with specific sauces, but I received two incorrect combo meals instead. I believe I deserve a full refund, with the tip amount deducted, as I feel my money was not well spent due to the mix-up in my order. Mistakes can happen, but receiving completely different items than what I ordered is frustrating, especially when it affects the price I paid.

Hello, I have been receiving monthly Uber Cash from Amex, which is deposited into my Uber Eats account. However, for the past two months, once the $15 in November and $35 in December were deposited around the beginning of the month, the app shows the cash as expired. Amex confirmed the funds are available, so they believe the issue lies with Uber. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Hello, I placed an order on December 4th for 3 bottles of wine, but instead received a bunch of sandwiches. Customer service informed me I would receive a refund, but I have not received any further communication. I find it frustrating that my concerns have not been addressed promptly given that payment was made. My address is Flat 4, Shirburne Mill, Bradley Lane. Attached is my receipt and the incorrect order I tried to return to the delivery driver.

Our estimated delivery time was between 2:50-3:10 am. By 3:15, we contacted the restaurant due to delays we experienced with them previously. They mentioned it would take an extra 20-25 minutes. Upon confirming, the staff abruptly ended the call. Subsequently, the food arrived at 4:10, 1 hour past the revised delivery window. Despite attempting to contact them 29 times during the prolonged wait, the line was consistently busy. The delivery driver, without professional courtesy, made us retrieve the order from his car as he was reluctant to walk down to our location. Regrettably, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and disappointing considering the extended delay and subpar service.
