We booked a flight with yourselves that was cancelled in April **** using a company called Travel Crew , due to COVID -** the flight was cancelled , the flight was London to Orlando Florida . We have asked the agent for a refund as we were not permitted to fly due to the cancellation . This week the agent has contacted us offering a partial refund coupled with vouchers claiming the Unitied Airlines have only refunded them partially for the cost of the flights and they are financially out of pocket ,hence they will not refund the full amount of the tickets . I seek some clarity in the matter as research shows Travel Crew have numerous complaints in regards to customer Services , and i believe they are being untruthful at the very least , and potentially damaging your companies reputation . Your assistance would be very much appreciated , i look forward to your reply
