To VRBO Customer Support*To Ivan**I have a major issue and concern about the way you deal with payment problems of owners*please note the following **concerns property ******reservation id HA-TB**XJ*Jocelyn Robinson*Wed, ** Sept Check out Wed, ** Sept*booked originally * couple * children *Checked in * couple * toddlers plus * baby *there is an extra charge for *th person **The booking was changed accordingly to * couple plus * children , the extra charge was payed by Jocelyn Robinson with creditcard to VRBO**The customer stayed the complete booking period * * nights**the customer had no means to communicate via his cellphone ! ****** Oct, *:***Chargeback filed*Original payment*€ *,***.***on ***********Deducted from your account*€ *,***.***on ***********Our team is responding to this claim on your behalf and will let you know when it’s resolved. This can take up to six weeks.*If the claim is resolved in your favour, the chargeback payment will be returned to your account.**I did not get a clear notification per email on this, nor an explanation of the reason why , on what basis , mrs Jocelyn blocked the payment ...specialy as they stayed the whole period without any complaint - except that internet was not available for half a day due to technical cable *modem problem beyond our control ( provider caused problem) see my message **meanwhile I notice that VRBO reduced my payouts with the amount of this booking : minus ****,** euro !!!**I politely request you to supply me with explanation : *What is the problem , what is the basis to claim this charge back , what do you do about this ? and what will be the outcome?**kind regards*No*l Roels**************
