I reserved a property at Big White (*******ha). The first issue is that I didn't know I was booking the property. It did not have a "Book Property" option and instead was "Request to Book" option. I was concerned about the property and the reviews and thought that was an option to open dialogue. I was wrong, the next day I was booked. I showed the property to my travel companions and they too had concerns about the reviews. The reviews were all related to lack of cleanliness. I expressed these concerns to the property owners, no response. I then requested a refund and they addressed that the property was recently "remodeled" but didn't respond to the fact that the property is consistently rented out without being cleaned. I was only given $*** out of $**** back after this debacle and this is ridiculous. I was booked for * days with over a month and a half of notice and they are renting this out as a dirty unit and not addressing this issue.**My expectation when renting on VRBO is that the units are clean and this credit card charge does not meet my expectation in numerous ways. Please refund me in full or I will have to contact my bank to dispute.
