I'm inquiring about our Tech LS6425 phone. I have two concerns with it. Firstly, one of our phones does not have a working speakerphone. Can this issue be easily fixed? Secondly, regarding the battery life, I find that I can only use the phone or speakerphone for an hour before it shuts off. I received a phone call regarding the renewal of my VTech virus protection. When I called the number provided, I reached a doctor's office, which seemed odd. The message mentioned a 48-hour cancellation window if I did not wish to renew. I am unsure if I ever had VTech virus protection on my computer, as I only have VTech phones and not on my computers. Can you confirm whether I had this service before and provide reasons why I should consider renewing it?

I am experiencing numerous issues with my Vtech phone. The manual does not provide detailed information about the phone's features, particularly regarding Bluetooth connectivity with two cell phones. The instructions in the manual do not match the actual buttons on the phone, causing confusion. The menu navigation is erratic, making it challenging to locate settings like changing the number of rings. The function to select menu pages by dialing #[redacted] does not work. The lack of clear instructions on which buttons to use is resulting in missed calls, and I am frustrated with the complexity of the system. My model number is [redacted]-5, and I am struggling to find assistance to make my phone more user-friendly and reliable.

I've had a reliable LS6475-3 phone for years, but as it started to show signs of aging, I decided to upgrade to a DS6771-3. I was excited about its ability to store more numbers than my previous phone. However, after entering my 50 contacts, they kept disappearing shortly after. Assuming it was defective, I exchanged it for a new one, only to face the same issue. Despite entering numbers meticulously following the instructions, they would vanish, leaving me with just the last entered contact. I hope to resolve this issue promptly so I can continue with my activities during this challenging Covid-era.

I bought a 3-phone handset from Costco on September 20, [redacted], model DS6722-3. Unfortunately, one of the handsets was defective and did not hold a charge or produce clear sound, so I discarded it. VTech mentioned the handset is no longer available, and I tried to pair a replacement phone from eBay with no success despite assistance from VTech Customer Service. Since it hasn't been a year yet, I'd appreciate a replacement handset. The serial number is XV[redacted]16. I own 4 VC9411 cameras and have been a Vtech customer for about a year. This morning, when I checked the cameras on my phone, they were working fine. However, an hour later, I couldn't connect and received an error message prompting me to "try again or log out." After several failed attempts, I logged out. Now, I can't access my cameras or log into my account. I've tried using my default email and password, which have worked for months, but now I'm getting an error saying they are incorrect. Even when trying to reset my password, I'm told there is no account associated with my email. It seems like my email or account has been deleted, and I really need assistance with this issue.

I purchased a VTech Play and Learn Activity Table in pink from Argos, but unfortunately, it was missing the phone when I got it home. Argos informed me that they no longer have this product in stock and offered a refund. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, so I am looking for a way to either purchase a phone for the table or receive one as a goodwill gesture.

My name is Raffaela Cipriano. I reached out to V-Tech on 11-10-21 regarding the batteries in my new phones. Unlike previous V-Tech phones I've owned, these new ones were losing charge quickly and not lasting a day. Surprisingly, I had some old phone batteries last over 7 years. The V-Tech representative sent me 3 new batteries to test, suspecting it could be a phone issue. However, the new batteries have now lasted for 3 days with regular use, indicating the phones are the problem. I am requesting replacement batteries for the phones I purchased. Thank you.

I recently bought the vtech Model DS6151 base along with 3 handsets. While I managed to register the base and one handset successfully, I struggled with registering the other handsets despite following the instructions carefully. Seeking assistance, I contacted customer service at 1-8---[redacted]. Unfortunately, I was only offered a medical alert system despite my repeated requests for help. Frustrated, I turned to vtech's support chat line where I was directed to tech support for a fee of $1.00, which required my credit card information. This experience has left me disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Consequently, I have decided to return the phone system and will be cautioning others against purchasing vtech products in the future.

I need help with my VTech IS8151-5 Cordless Phone. When a caller starts leaving a message, I can't interrupt or answer the call using any key on the handset. It's frustrating to wait for the message to finish before I can return the call.

I have 5 Rush sets which I truly enjoy. However, the 2 Ultimate sets I bought do not lock in place or connect with pieces from my Rush sets or with each other. Moreover, one of the blue corkscrews was already broken when I opened the box. Previously, I would spend hours building these with my kids, but now it's just frustrating. I have decided to separate the Ultimate pieces so we can avoid the inconvenience. It seems like there might have been inaccuracies in the manufacturing specifications for the Ultimate sets. The large green spirals and Ferris wheels are surprisingly good, but I have to use specific colored pieces for the marble to move properly. Additionally, the clear pieces seem to be purely decorative, but fortunately, I can make do with the white pieces from my multiple sets.

I recently purchased a CS5249 Phone from Walmart yesterday. After unpacking and setting it up to charge for the recommended 12 hours, I found the number 7 key to be completely unresponsive. I reached out to customer service at 1-[redacted], waited 43 minutes and 22 seconds, only to be advised to return the faulty phone to Walmart for a refund. This lack of concern for my time and inconvenience is disappointing considering Vtech is promoted as the number one Cordless Phone Brand in the USA. There seems to be no regard for customer service or product quality, with this experience leaving me frustrated with Vtech's poor product and customer care standards.
