I need to register my ZIP code to place online orders. I purchased this card specifically for this purpose, but I am unable to register my ZIP code. Despite contacting customer service, they claimed my ZIP code was registered, but it has not gone through even after waiting 24 hours. Unfortunately, I am struggling to reach customer service, and this delay is preventing me from sending money to my son who is incarcerated.

I am unsure if I activated my card. Additionally, I do not remember my PIN number. I reported my card lost or stolen, received a new card, then found my old card, leaving me with two cards - one potentially activated. However, I am uncertain which card is the new one. I believe I need assistance to identify my active card and retrieve my PIN. I would like to speak to a representative regarding my reloadable MyVanilla Visa Debit Card. Thank you.

I was charged for an item that was supposed to be free when I called in during the commercial. I got a computerized response instead and was charged $66.85 for the "Work at Home Secrets" course, which should have been free for calling in. I want a refund from workathomesecrets.com as they overcharged me $19.95. I couldn't reach anyone at 1-[redacted] to address the issue. If they don't resolve this, I plan to contact my bank, Wells Fargo, to request a full refund. Thank you for looking into this matter as they have already taken the money from my account.

I lost a Vanilla gift card and suspect it was stolen. I believe I may have previously canceled it with customer service. I need the emergency funding authorized to me to replace the funds promptly. Could a prepaid gift card customer service representative assist me in transferring the funds to a new card for me to register? I have the purchase details, including the time, date, and the card used. Additionally, I can provide the last four digits of the card number, [redacted].

I used my Vanilla card in Andrews, Texas, at Dollar General. After trying to pay at the register, the card was declined. I contacted customer service, and they said they would email me about a refund, but I haven't received anything. When I followed up, they kept giving me excuses. I got frustrated and used inappropriate language. Can someone assist me in getting my money back? Thank you, B. Lujan.

I am experiencing an issue with my stimulus check. It was deposited onto a Vanilla card, which I have since closed. There was approximately $[redacted] remaining in the account. I have provided all the information requested by the IRS, but it seems they have not acted upon it. Will the money be returned to the IRS so I can receive my stimulus payment? My name is Christy Summers, and I am eager to know the status of this matter. I have provided my ID, a copy of my Social Security card, and details of my residence. Kindly update me on the progress.

I recently bought multiple Vanilla prepaid Visa cards for online use on PokerStars without any issues until yesterday. I tried to add a new card to my PokerStars account, and it got declined. I purchased another card, but it was also unsuccessful online, although my wife managed to use it in a store. Despite showing a balance of $25, both cards were declined by PokerStars. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed the cards were being refused by the site. I'm unsure why this is happening and looking for a solution.

I was a victim of theft by an ex-girlfriend and her associates, resulting in a hospital stay for three weeks. The perpetrator took advantage of me while I was recovering and spent some of the stolen money. I disputed the unauthorized charges of $2,[redacted].04 and received a partial refund of $[redacted].42. Despite providing a detailed affidavit from my ex, stating her involvement, I am still waiting for further action after a month. The response I receive is that my documentation has been received, but no progress has been made. I am uncertain about the next steps to take in this situation.

My card was compromised, and there were unauthorized charges made. Two charges appeared on 12/24/20, and three more on 12/25/20, all originating from California. It is not feasible for me to be in California shopping at the grocery store while I am working in Chicago. I also did not visit McDonald's, as I do not eat there, and I typically use cash for in-person purchases, reserving this card for larger online transactions.

I am having difficulties making an online purchase with my Vanilla Visa Gift Card. Every time I enter the correct CVV, it indicates that it is incorrect. I have attempted to use the card on various websites and with different companies, but to no avail. Despite the card showing a balance of $[redacted] when I check, I am unable to complete a transaction. I have reached out multiple times via phone to resolve this issue, but have been unsuccessful in speaking with a representative.

Hello, on Christmas Day, my cousin gave me a Vanilla Visa gift card worth $[redacted]. She found the card in her family paperwork after her parents passed away. Even though she mentioned that the card has never been used, I suspect it may be older than 2 years. However, when I tried to activate the card using the card number and pin, I keep receiving an error message. Can you please advise me on the next steps I should take to activate the card? Thank you. Best regards, Diana M.

I purchased a MyVanilla Visa card with $70 loaded onto it and attempted to register it online without success due to an error message. After contacting the number on the card and trying to register via phone, I was instructed to provide personal documents such as a social security card, driver's license, receipt from the store, a picture of the card, and official mail showing my name and address. The email provided for this submission, "[redacted]," appears to be non-existent. Despite purchasing the card 6 days ago, I am still unable to utilize it.

I, T. Nicholson, reached out to discuss my ongoing dispute. Amazon mentioned filing a claim with the shipping company or financial institution for the missing item. They advised that as the purchase was through a vendor, they couldn't assist with reimbursement. Amazon recommended seeking reimbursement from the financial institution. They believed any information provided would align with what was shared with My Vanilla. If necessary, you can contact My Vanilla for details, but since it involves personal info and an undelivered item, the information won't differ. Please address this promptly. If needed, contact Amazon at 1-[redacted]. T. Nicholson 44 McAllister Street San Francisco, CA [redacted] [redacted] Issue: Reimbursement for undelivered item.

I have a MyVanilla Visa Debit card that expired in December [redacted]. I bought a new one on February 9, [redacted], and loaded $40 at the time of purchase. While registering the new card online, I checked my old account and saw $86.46 in it with an "active" status. Customer care assured me I could transfer the funds once the new card was activated within the 3-month grace period. However, I couldn't do the transfer online due to the expired card. When I called customer care, I was told I needed a whole new card issued. Despite my frustration, I was not able to transfer the funds without a new card. The back and forth with multiple representatives left me feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the service provided by MyVanilla.

I believed my card wasn't delivered, so I accidentally ordered another one. I received the initial card today and don't need the second one at the moment. I've been unable to speak with a representative regarding this issue. Please refrain from sending me the second card. I only require the first card, which I've received today. Feel free to reach out if you have any inquiries. Thank you, Barbara Ravitz.

I received a gift card as a minor, under 18 years old. When I tried to activate it, I discovered it had already been activated at the store. However, when I attempted to make an online purchase, it was declined. To resolve this, I visited the website and clicked on "Sign Up With My Vanilla." I input my card information, but the site requested personal details such as my address, real name, phone number, social security number, and a driver's license. As a minor, I am puzzled as to why all this information is required, especially since the card was already supposed to be activated. I feel frustrated having spent $20 on this gift card that now seems unusable to me.

I purchased a Vanilla eGift card from Walmart and added it to my Google Pay for personal use on my smartphone. However, after my grandchildren spent a weekend at my home in March [redacted], I discovered unauthorized game purchases totaling over $68 made from my Visa eGift card via Google Play. I realized my retired Note 8, which the kids had taken to play with outside, was missing. I contacted Google Play and Google Pay, but they declined to refund the charges, advising me to contact Vanilla eGift card. I believe the charges were unauthorized as I did not permit them or give authorization for the transactions. I have proof of the charges and would appreciate a refund. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rita B.
