I can't in anyway tell you how many times I have contacted Your Tech Support. But I can tell you This Will Be The Very Last Time!!!! If you can't tell me why this Ellipsis that I have had about * months, Constantly disconnect me from the Internet and has since the day I got it, I am going to make the trip to the nearest Verizon Store and shove it up their Butt!!! It has a new Sim Card. It has been set back to factory settings. Nothing has changed in anyway!!! I went over on my usage so then I was told that was the reason. My usage has now reset for the month and I am still getting disconnected every few minutes. You are the only Internet provider available in my area or you would be long gone by now!!! Now are you going to fix this or am I going into the Store and throw a huge FIT???? This has gotten to be way more than just poor service!!! Kathy Johnson
