I left my duty free on the plane sat on the pouffe.*Flight VS ** lax to lhr landed at heathrow on Sunday ** August.*Duty Free was * bottles of wine which cost ** dollars. I TRAVELLED UPPER CLASS SEAT *A. I phoned at around *pm on Sunday night. I was told this was too soon. Rang and text next day.*Today I was to.d about the logging system. *Today airport lost property told me that virgin would have listed everything found. I rang virgin and there was no record of the wine being handed in. Flying upper class * thought that my wine was safe.*The wine must have been taken by an employee.*Do not expect this flying upper class
When I rang I was told were very sorry! Would not give any further asvice.
Find my wine or refund the cost
I have been a customer for over ** years.
