I bought * round trip tickets on VA, specifically because you would take my dog and I appreciate this. After booking, I was notified that the departure was subbed out to Delta, and they would not take my dog. There is a later flight in the same day, but since we are on nonrefundable tickets, you will not change my flight. Now I am expected to pay AirPet to bring my dog FOR **** pounds ON YOUR LATER FLIGHT! This is not fair. This was not my fault! I should pay the normal pet cargo fee of $***, and I will wait * hours in the airport for my beloved dog.
