not happy with our service, either we find a solution or we will go to new provider at end of our terms. Essentially we have fancy phones that are useless away from wifi and pay $*** per month for that privilege. We might as well go to flip phones. Other companies are being far more giving in terms of data. I had a * gig plan add on which was a bonus when I signed up. I felt our costs were too high and always growing. Your agent suggested I drop the data and said I would never get it back for the price I was being charged. So lets see what you can do for a loyal customer who pays our bills. Otherwise we will wait to closer to the end of the terms and pay the phones out and go to a new provider.**Thanks for your time.
