My Virgin Tel no: ***********. the phone was returned to Virgin for a repair (Ref)*******) in the envelope provided by Virgin on the ** October ****. It was posted in a post box at a supermarket in Hull. It had the repair label on it provided by Virgin to return it. This was a Leicester address. The phone is a Violet Samson Galaxy A** *G. It is * months old and I am still paying for it.*I have been in touch with Virgin Repairs via email asking when it will be returned, only to discover it has not been received by them and appears to be lost in the post. I have the Virgin insurance on this phone and now wish to make a claim for a replacement phone. Please would you send an insurance claim form to myself, my address will be provided when you reply.
