I am disgusted with Vodafone after finishing my *year contract for number *********** in **** I was never chased for any money until I received an email in **** from a collection agency (Lowell’s group) who informed me I owed £***..** for an overdue balance on my account. I had never heard from yourself so disputed it with them and they said would check with Vodafone and never heard from them again. Then this year I check my credit report as am going through a mortgage application and there was a defaulted account with Vodafone for £***.**. Had a live chat and was told my account was clear and don’t know why that was there and would contact the credit report agencies to rectify this. Can you let me know this is done. Not that makes a difference as because of there being a defaulted account on Vodafone that didn’t exist my mortgage has fallen through and we have lost the house. My address at time of contract was * holly drive, minster on sea, me** *gq.
