Dear Sir*Madam, **I tried topping up my line with £** on the **th of May **** as I was due to arrive the UK the next day. However, the transaction wasn't successful ( unable to process) for which my bank debited me. Effort to reach Vodafone for proof of failed transaction hasn't been successful and my bank insist on not issuing me a refund until such is gotten.**Find attached my details and I do hope Vodafone send across the proof to enable me get my money back. **Phone Number : *************Account No ************Regards*Reply*Forward
