hi I am writing with regards to an email I sent at the beginning of august, in October **** I sent my huawei tablet in to be repaired and was told there wasnt a replacement available and was given a samsung tablet in its place, no charger and no box. I hadnt heard anything from vodafone about when I would get a replacement. The samsung was obviously not a new product and when I rand the insurance people was told that the samsung wasnt registered and the only tablet on the system was the huawei. I am annoyed about the fact that im paying for a product I dont have. They told me to find the receipt for the exchange and they could help. I have that receipt with product numbers and dates so what should I do now. I would like to settle this as soon as possible and get the product im paying for.
