I took out a new updated Fibre broadband and landline call policy with Vodaphone. It was installed on **********. On *********** the landline stopped working. I have made several visits to the office where I purchased the plan and they say they are sales only and gave me some numbers to call. I have tried these numbers with no success. I did get through to someone who listened to my problem who said they would pass me on to engineering. After listening to recorded messages apologising for the wait and they were very busy my mobile ran out of battery after ** minutes and shut down.*Please can you help me.
