My number has been disconnected for incoming calls, but still works for me to make outgoing calls, and works via WhatsApp. I need my phone to received incoming calls again ASAP as I'm jobsearching, and missing out on potential jobs because of this.
GetHuman-arakeogh did not yet indicate what Vodafone (UK) should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-arakeogh fixed the problem
I called Vodafone's help desk, and was instructed to go to settings, network and internet, mobile network*, advanced, automatically select network, then switch this off, pick a new network, keep it on for ** seconds (doesn't matter if the new network can't be used), switch it back to automatic, then dial ****** which removed the forwarding of calls to a voice that said the number was invalid. Then I had to restart*soft reset my phone.***My settings didn't have mobile network as an option, so I went to SIM and could switch off automatically select network from there.
Please help with my Vodafone (UK) issue
