Hello,**In June ****, I talked with Vodafone customer service. I asked them to deactivate my house internet and keep my phone line on for * months. The employee told me that, I will pay **euros per month, my house internet will be off and I will be able to use my phone. I left the country (Spain) for * months. My June invoice was **.** euros. My July invoice was ***.**euros and august was **.**. I could not contact Vodafone because I was out of the country. I didn’t pay july invoice so my number got suspended. I needed to get another number abroad. When I turned back to Spain in september, for * weeks, I talked with Vodafone customer service and tried to figure out why my bills were so high, and to remove the suspension. Every employee I talked with gave me different information. In the end, today one employee told me that -there is no such thing as paying **euros per month. I owe them *** euros. (I don’t know how it ended as this amount) I need to pay that nevertheless I was misinformed.- I would like to pay what I was told. I wouldn’t agree on disconnecting my internet if I knew am going to pay the same amount. Because right now I’m being forced to pay what I didn’t use. I also paid for another number when I was abroad because I couldn’t use the vodafone one.I am also charged ** euros for september, yet I couldn’t use that properly either, since I waited * weeks for vodafone to figure my bills out then they activated it, suspended it again, activated it again... I was misinformed, my time was consumed on these long phone calls for *weeks, and I lost money. Yet, the costumer service is not kind or understanding at all. I would like to pay what I was told and nothing more. Sincerely
