I made a payment according to agreement. Received confirmation*. Next morning my service was off again. I called and talked to a rep who said they got a new system. The payment was never taken. To give it a few days and if not taken from my account to then make payment. I waited a few days and the money was still in my account. I called back and the rep took my payment. Then said because there was a failed payment arrangement I had to pay the full amount. I explained it was failed on their end. They didn’t care. I called back a couple Days later and talked to a manager who agreed to give me til Tuesday *-*-** to make the payment. Even though It’s not past due till after that date. My service has been disconnected again! I have an arrangement to pay tomorrow. Service was to stay on till then.
