Had an appointment on ****** with a window between *PM and *PM. No one showed!! Called WOW’s support line and their note said a tech tried to reach me which is an out and out lie!! I have no missed calls or recent calls from a tech on my cell phone and I can prove it! Took off four hours of work for a so-called tech who never showed! I asked the customer service rep what kind of credit he’s going to give me for the amount of money I lost waiting for an irreresponsible technician and he said $**.**. I responded with a chuckle letting him know that I lost one **** of a lot of money waiting for a no-show! I am going to cancel my service - $*** disconnect fee is certainly worth future aggravation. I don’t know what kind of circus WOW is running but they better get their act together because they are going to lose one **** of a lot of customers and they probably already have! Should have never left Spectrum- better yet I’ll figure out my own like everyone else I know has!!! Live and learn!
