I recently applied for a Walmart Mastercard but upon receiving it, I chose not to keep it after using it for the initial discount. I have not received any payment notices and am now being contacted by your credit agency. I believe I am only 5 days late in making a payment. I have attempted to pay my balance twice, but I was asked for my account number, which I do not have because I disposed of the card and have not received any further information. Kindly provide me with my account number so I can settle this issue promptly. Thank you.

My Walmart Mastercard was compromised on December 18, [redacted], with a fraudulent charge of $[redacted].38 to Wappoint University of Auckland. Despite successfully disputing and receiving a credit for the charge, my card was canceled, and a new one was issued. However, I encountered an issue when Wayfair refunded $[redacted].19 to the old card. Despite numerous attempts to have Walmart transfer the credit to my new card, each representative redirected me to the security department. Promises of a transfer within 24-48 hours were made but not fulfilled on the following statement. Requests for a supervisor were ignored, and recent assurances of fixing the account have also gone unaddressed. One representative even suggested that due to the delay, they might not be able to process the credit transfer. Upon review, I saw the fraudulent charge to Wayfair labeled as valid regarding the University of Auckland incident. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and request the credit be moved to my new card and compensation for the two months' interest on the $[redacted].19 that should have been promptly credited.

I have reached out to the fraud department three times regarding two unauthorized transactions. Originally, I made a purchase from the company for a product costing $8.93. However, I later discovered two additional charges, one for $[redacted] and another for $[redacted], from the same company for products I did not receive. Despite my efforts to report these transactions, the fraud department only investigated one charge and concluded it was a valid purchase, which I still dispute. The company in question is Fortisf*Fortistesto, and I believe they are conducting fraudulent activities. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of thorough investigation by the fraud team, prompting me to cancel my Walmart credit card. It is disheartening when companies like Fortis*Fortistesto are allowed to take advantage of innocent customers.

On May 28th, I made a $55.00 payment to a closed Walmart Mastercard intending it for TD. After speaking to an unhelpful supervisor, I contacted Scotiabank on June 2 for a reversal. Despite multiple requests, no progress has been made by MC. When I called Walmart MC on June 14th to query, I suggested they send a check due to the lack of response to Scotiabank. They mentioned it would take 4-5 business days, but with difficulty understanding due to an accent. However, by June 25, no check had arrived. After a follow-up call, I was informed it would take 40-45 days, which seems excessively long. The delay is unreasonable, and I am frustrated by the poor customer service. I urgently request the expedited processing of my check to receive my funds promptly.

My pictures from March, April, May, June, and July [redacted] were stolen. Someone has been interfering with my car, stealing parts from my [redacted]&nissen, along with clothes, bed sheets, and more. A lady broke into my house in May and fought with another lady who is my Russian girlfriend. They have been getting loans and money, while my brother put spyware on my phone on March 1, [redacted]. I reported this to the Irvine Police, hoping they can help stop the misuse of my data and incoming calls by contacting them. I am seeking to recover my deleted pictures from these months to gather evidence of the theft and activities around my home. There has been unwanted drawing on my car and messes in my apartment. I want legal action taken against those responsible for this elder abuse and violation of my privacy.

I would like to request assistance from a Canadian representative regarding my account issue. Every time I try to log in on my computer or phone, I encounter the error message "Your account cannot be accessed at this time. Please contact customer service for further assistance." Although I've called the [redacted] number on my card, I struggle to understand some accents and prefer to speak with someone from Canada. When I requested a transfer to a Canadian operator, I was placed on hold for an extended period or informed there was no specific option for Canada. I am perplexed by the recurring account access problem despite my timely payments. It's frustrating to be locked out and then treated skeptically when I call for help. I would appreciate clearer communication by talking to a representative I can understand. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been a long-time customer of Walmart.com and I want to address an issue with FedEx. I reside in PA but purchase items for my relatives in Florence, SC. Today, several of my orders were marked as delivered by FedEx, but they were not received. Following up with customer service, I discovered that the Florence FedEx location admitted to making an error or possibly engaging in fraudulent activity. Orders #[redacted]-[redacted] and #[redacted]-[redacted] have been stagnant in Florence for several days, while Order #[redacted]-[redacted] never departed the FedEx facility. I have already requested a refund for all the affected orders through customer service. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe Walmart should reconsider using UPS instead of FedEx due to these ongoing issues. I urge Walmart to investigate the situation at the FedEx facility in Florence, SC as I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by FedEx.

I recently discovered a rewards check issued to me on 11/09/[redacted] that was misplaced in an old purse. The check, #[redacted]0, reference #[redacted], is from GE Capital Retail Bank, payable to me, Judith Guptill. Although the check has expired, I am wondering if it can be re-issued. My name is printed with "Bank of America, N.A., Windsor, CT" on it. I no longer have my card but there is a long number at the bottom of the check. I am hesitant to share the full number but the last five digits are [redacted]. As a person on a fixed income, I would appreciate the $20 if possible. I was charged a late fee once again! I have experienced multiple issues with this card's payment processing only!! I have excellent credit!! Initially, I didn't receive bills by mail, so I set up auto-pay and confirmed multiple times that it was set up! And now, another late fee, claiming I wasn't enrolled!! 😡😡 This payment system is incredibly confusing! Is this intentionally done to profit from late fees? I'm extremely frustrated and will cancel this card after resolving this dispute.

I've been on the phone all day with the KICAL Sheriffs Department, being accused of fraud. Fortunately, I wasn't home, or I would have been arrested! I placed an order for 2 air fryers on Christmas Eve, totaling $[redacted].19. I have Walmart confirmation emails and have engaged in online chats trying to locate my package. I can provide this information; I even had to send it to the Sheriff's Office. It appears someone else's card was charged with my purchase. One of the air fryers I ordered on the 24th arrived yesterday, but I only received one. I've been labeled a thief with a warrant, despite the money being returned to my account last night at midnight as the charge was pending for a week. Now, I find myself with a warrant for a simple air fryer purchase. I urgently need someone to contact me at [redacted].[redacted].XXXX.

I purchased a laptop online, but received a tablet instead. I returned it to the Storm Lake store in Iowa, but they were unable to process the return. They contacted customer service, and after speaking with a representative, I was informed that the refund would be issued to me via gift cards within 24 to 48 hours. However, I had already thrown away the gift cards with a zero balance. Now, I have registered the five gift cards online, but the refund has not been applied. These issues need to be addressed and resolved promptly.

I recently contacted customer service to dispute a deposit charge. I spoke with five representatives, one of whom questioned the truth of my claim. The last representative, Charlie, advised me to contact the merchant directly. Feeling frustrated, I filed a complaint with the DA's office. The service I received was less than satisfactory, prompting me to consider sharing my experience on Twitter. As a loyal Walmart employee, I expected better treatment. Despite my credit card being over the limit, I encountered unhelpful overseas representatives who seemed discriminatory and unprofessional. Asking for a supervisor did not improve the situation. This negative experience has made me question the quality of customer service I received, especially during these challenging times.

I recently received my Capital One Walmart Rewards card and was eager to link it to my Walmart Pay for immediate use. Despite my approval three days ago, I encountered difficulty in linking it. I expected it to link automatically considering its exclusivity to Walmart, but unfortunately, I had to manually enter the card details, including the card number, expiry date, and CCV. Even though I activated the account without the physical card, I couldn't proceed without these details. I wish the process was more seamless, especially since the card is meant for use at Walmart only.

My fiancé and I visited Walmart's website to buy jewelry online due to the lack of selection at local stores. I have a Walmart account with no prior issues. After selecting a ring, my fiancé entered his credit card details. Soon after, I received a text saying the order was canceled due to suspected fraudulent activity. Despite providing all necessary information, the order was canceled multiple times. The charges went through on my fiancé's card, indicating no issue with payment. I am frustrated with the lack of clear communication from customer service. I need this situation resolved promptly and want my order fulfilled without further complications. I reassured them of my identity, but the problem persists. I am disappointed and seeking a resolution for this unnecessary inconvenience.

A couple of months ago, I contacted customer service to adjust the due date of my Walmart card, currently managed by Capitol One, to the 20th of each month instead of the 17th because my pay comes in on the 20th. I was informed that it would take one billing cycle to make the change. Unfortunately, I received late fees for not making the payment on time the following month. Upon inquiring, I was then informed it would actually take 2 billing cycles for the change to be effective. Now, I am facing another late fee along with the minimum payment due. As a low-income mother, I am struggling to cover these additional charges, and I feel frustrated after all the effort I put into resolving this matter initially.

Yesterday or this morning, I noticed a fraudulent charge on my card ending in [redacted]. It appears to be the last transaction on my account connected to this card. I have been careful with my card and suspect the information may have been compromised during an online grocery purchase or through a suspicious app I started using but didn't complete a transaction with. I have updated my address today. Additionally, I want to disable overdraft protection as it is costly, but I am unsure how to do so. I deactivated my account promptly after noticing the fraudulent charge and it took me a while to locate a way to contact customer service.

I have a complaint from December 19, [redacted], regarding three unauthorized charges on my Walmart credit card made through Walmart.ca. On December 20, I reported the issue to Walmart.ca and the credit card company. Unfortunately, Walmart.ca did not take action, and the three orders were delivered to unknown addresses. The credit card company, Walmart Financial, stated they couldn't help until the charges went through. I followed up in the new year and was informed they were investigating. When I called on January 20, they requested documentation through forms, which I have not yet received. I refuse to pay these fraudulent charges and will be canceling my card. I am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this matter.
