As a fully disabled individual, I need to return 2 CCTV systems for a full refund due to being unable to install them myself. I plan to purchase a wireless option in the future but cannot do so now as I need to save up. I worked at the Walmart in Crescent City, California, but now I've relocated to El Cajon. Unfortunately, I couldn't transfer to a store in El Cajon before moving due to my husband's medical emergency. I'm attempting to apply for a job there, but my email address seems to still be linked to the Crescent City Walmart, preventing me from using it. Can anyone assist in disconnecting it from there so I can apply for a position in El Cajon?

While visiting Walmart on Myrtle School Road on October 7th, [redacted], at 6:30 pm, I attempted to check my blood pressure. Unfortunately, the seat lacked a backrest, causing me to fall backward, resulting in injuries due to my disability from a car accident. Following the incident, my right leg swelled, and my lower back experienced significant pain. A Walmart employee assisted me in a wheelchair provided by the store for the remainder of my shopping, during which my discomfort intensified. The store manager suggested it was not their responsibility, but I believe the absence of a backrest on the machine poses a safety risk. I fell off a blood pressure seat at Walmart that had no backrest, hitting the floor hard on October 7th, [redacted], at 6:30 pm. I reported the incident to the manager, who claimed Walmart wasn't at fault. I believe the lack of a backrest on the seat is a safety hazard. I am in a significant amount of pain, experiencing swelling in my right leg and lower back pain. The manager did not complete an incident report. I plan to see a doctor regarding my injuries. I have two renters in my home in Waterloo, Iowa, who have been stealing a lot of expensive items from your store in the area and selling them around here. The stolen items include computers, phones, clothes, tools, drones, door locks, and even food. This has been happening for a while and I want it to stop. If you check your security cameras, you will be able to identify them. My wife and I are retired and handicapped, and we believe they may be involved in other illegal activities. I recently came across an article about APEEL and I am concerned about what is being sprayed on my produce. As a consumer, I prefer to know what products are used on the food I purchase, especially since I spend extra on organic produce. I believe there should be transparency and the option for consumers to choose. I have decided not to buy any items treated with APEEL and will share this information with others. I plan to shop at natural grocery stores where I feel more confident about the products available.

I recently placed an order on Walmart's app using two gift cards, and it was unexpectedly canceled after three hours. This was my first time using the app, and when I tried to reorder, my account was blocked due to alleged return violations, even though it was my initial purchase. Upon further reflection, I recalled that my friend Chelsea had asked me to include some items for her using her food stamp number as payment. When I encountered an error message about the food card being linked to multiple accounts, I removed her items and proceeded with my order using gift cards. Unfortunately, I disposed of the gift cards after receiving the confirmation number and only discovered the cancellation when I went to pick up my items the next day. Now, I am concerned about receiving a refund for the gift card amounts as I no longer have them in my possession.

As a member+ customer, I haven't received the same level of service as others. I struggle with online orders because I am visually impaired and unable to drive or print return labels for FedEx pickups. This situation leaves me stuck with products I no longer want or need. Despite shopping online due to my circumstances, I feel forced to keep unwanted items without proper assistance or the monthly membership for deliveries. I discovered my online Walmart order of baskets outside on the street level this morning, a whole day late, instead of on my porch. The delivery photo shows the lightweight baskets placed precariously at the top stair edge when they should have been against the porch wall. This placement could have led to them falling over due to wind or being knocked over. Since my home has 15 stairs down to the street and I use a wheelchair, this has caused a significant issue for me. I kindly request a full refund for order number [redacted]-[redacted]0. My daughter used to work at the Walmart on Anderson Road in Greenville, SC [redacted]. When she started, she requested to have Sundays off due to our Christian beliefs and attending church. However, the manager Brenda continued to schedule her on Sundays despite this being her only unavailable day. She assured my daughter she would fix it but she kept getting pointed until they fired her, which was unacceptable. Brenda promised to address the issue and call back, but a week has passed without any contact. When we call to speak with Brenda, she is never available. This lack of communication and professionalism is disappointing. My daughter still hopes to be part of the Walmart team, but the current situation is not up to the standards set by Mr. Sam Walton. I recently purchased an Alljoy product and received two instead of one. I was charged for both items and two extended warranties. I returned both products since one was not ordered, and the other stopped working after 15 minutes. While I received a refund for the products, I have not been refunded for the warranties, totaling $21.60. This transaction was made using my Walmart Capital One credit card. I kindly request the refund for the remaining amount owed, given the circumstances. I would not have returned the item if it was not defective, and the extra item was not part of my order. My package from Walmart was supposed to be delivered by USPS, but they falsely claimed I asked for it to be held for pickup at a post office 20 miles away. I don't have transportation to get there, so I would never make such a request. It seems USPS may have misrepresented the situation to maintain their relationship with Walmart, neglecting the needs of their customers.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted]8 I received a refund for a pair of Joybuy Marketplace slippers mistakenly, as I have now received the slippers. The U.S. Postal Service delivery notifications were confusing, initially stating delivery, then transit, leading me to report the slippers as undelivered. The issue arose because my usual delivery method was not followed, as the USPS carrier attempted delivery to my small mailbox, which was unsuccessful. The slippers ended up at a postal holding station, unbeknownst to me until recently when I collected my mail and found them there. I still haven't received my Walmart order shipped by USPS. The tracking number for my package is [redacted][redacted]22, and according to USPS, it was marked as delivered on November 10, [redacted] at 5:52 pm with the status "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility." This situation is unusual because I did not pick it up from the post office. When I tried to email USPS about this problem, the system did not allow me. It stated that the package was delivered to a third-party reshipper at the destination address, making the tracking number ineligible for further inquiry. I'm unsure who this third party is. I plan to contact Walmart customer service to discuss this issue, as I would like them to investigate with USPS and understand what steps they will take if my order is indeed lost.

My name is Amy Lowe, and my father, Ronald A. Lowe, passed away on March 26, [redacted]. He had paid $14.18 for Walmart's groceries. Ever since April [redacted], my mother, Mary Helen Lowe, has been mistakenly charged monthly on her debit card, which was the same checking account linked to my father's now-closed debit card due to his passing. I can provide my father's death certificate as proof. Despite attempting to cancel this on the app associated with my father, the charges persist. I manage all affairs for my mother now, and I believe it's only fair that the $14.18 monthly charges on her card be refunded retroactively to April [redacted], totaling $[redacted].44 for 8 months, excluding March. She doesn't utilize this service at all. The app on my father's phone that I accessed has not been helpful in resolving this issue.
