I am writing to request a waiver (credit to my account) for the wire transfer fee of $** that I was charged last week. I carefully read the info re our Portfolio acct, which stated for holders of this acct the wire fees would be waived (credited).

GetHuman-mynapanu did not yet indicate what Wells Fargo should do to make this right.
