The number from Get Human is not the correct number. However, the person I spoke with kindly transferred me to what would have been the correct number if our loan had been through Wells Fargo directly, but it was initiated through the dealership. Silly, really, but would’ve saved me a little more time as I wound up being transferred twice. They will need the owner’s ssn and the year*make*model of the vehicle to complete the request. Pretty simple.
