My name is Troy Mussman I am the Systems Administrator at UEA (United Equipment Accessories)*We are working on setting up a Panini check scanner per the Wells Fargo website.*We have tried MS Edge and Chrome with no results, also attempted compatibility mode.*The Panini scanner does not show a green light unless we use the App that downloads with the Driver.*However we have never needed the App, only the browser.*The only difference from an I.T. standpoint is this is a Windows ** Laptop.*Before we had a Windows ** PC.*I have attempted every way I know how to get this to work with no luck.*Please let me know any additional troubleshooting I can do to get this to work.
