Live ... I’ve had high bills since April when I got my new house, I thought this was because my new house was *** sq ft bigger well this wasn’t the case. Oncor came out twice recently, the first time they advised me to hire an electrician which my landlord did and proved that it wasn’t on our side of the box, the second time they came out * days into the bill cycle because my usage was already ****kwh so they changed the meter and now it’s not climbing so high. *I’ve been home maybe **days a month since June there just is no way way I used as much as they said I did every month.
I lost food due to electric being cut due to past due balance due to overcharging me
Credit on account and remaining $$ sent in check form. *I am owed a minimum of $****
Always paid my bill.
Calling and emailing.
