The issue in GetHuman-oearnest's own words
I am under **, and I created a zipcar account using my college email. However, I mistakenly made a regular account instead of a college account. When I try to activate my account it says that I can't because I am under **, but when I try to log into a college account it says that my email is already In use. I need someone to either help me switch my account to a college one, or delete it entirely so I can start from the beginning. It seems like there is no way for me to do either of these things on my own.

GetHuman-oearnest did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
