On the Zipcar app I was trying to extend my time but on the app it kept telling me to try again later. I realized the time was passing by so I took the car back to its parking space. I would like a refund of the late charge because I was trying to extend the time but the app wasn’t letting me. I would like a refund from the trip I took ******** Honda CR-V. Thank you.
