Hello, I made a payment on August 1, [redacted], for an item won in an auction from seller (ID:czh6k_89). The item was dispatched on August 8 with a tracking number that is not working. By August 25, the item had not arrived, and I discovered the parcel was returned due to unreadable address information. Despite my post office confirming delivery to the sender, the seller claims it hasn't been received back. I am uncertain if I have been scammed or if there was an issue between the post offices in England and Spain. The seller refuses a refund, blaming the address issue. I purchased an HP EliteBook x360 with Core i5-7200U, 8GB Ram, 256GB, and Windows 11. Unfortunately, it stopped working last Friday, and despite contacting the seller, VenoScorp, I have not received the promised technician call. I even shared a photo of the error message on the laptop screen but have not had any resolution. I'm unable to reply to VenoScorp through eBay either. Filling out a complaint form has not been effective. The laptop is essential to me, and I'm patiently waiting for a solution. I've tried to communicate my email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]0 to VenoScorp but have not heard back. Having the laptop fixed promptly is crucial, and I hope to establish better communication with the seller soon.

I opened an eBay account last Thursday and listed 3 items. When I tried to add a 4th item, I received a notification that my account was suspended. Soon after, I received an email stating that my account was suspended because they believed I posed a risk to eBay. I reached out for clarification but only received generic responses reiterating my suspension. When I attempted to close my account and delete my information, I was informed I couldn't do so until resolving the suspension. I disagree with the accusation that I endangered eBay and I demand the suspension to be lifted, my account closed, and my details removed. It's unfair to accuse me without evidence or a chance to defend myself against the allegation.

I unintentionally added a hoodie to my eBay basket and it went straight to checkout, indicating it's paid for when I tried to remove it. I promptly contacted eBay and the seller about the error, informing them that the size ordered is large, whereas I am XXL. Despite eBay confirming it was sent, the seller has not responded to my emails. eBay has denied my refund and doesn't provide a contact number for assistance. I'm disheartened by the lack of support. I am currently locked out of both of my eBay accounts because I can't access the mobile phone where they send the security code. Despite having a landline registered with eBay, I am only being offered the mobile text option for verification, and I can't access that. Online customer support is advising me to log in and select "seller help," but I am unable to log in to eBay at this time.

I purchased a set of 4 Jaguar wheel center caps from seller "muhnau" (Item number [redacted]17, Order number 19-09[redacted]0). When the package arrived, I received only 1 wheel center cap. I contacted the seller about the issue, and after a couple of messages, they offered to send replacements if I closed the case. I declined and stated I preferred the caps and would wait for the issue to be resolved before closing the action. The seller then escalated the case on eBay, claiming I received the goods. I have appealed this decision after learning from their negative feedback that they failed to refund another buyer who had a similar issue and that two more buyers faced the same problem with this item recently. I also noticed that the listing was removed by eBay after I made the purchase. I am requesting a refund of £14.92 for the missing 3 caps so that I can buy from a more trustworthy seller. I won three listings from seller Amelia ([redacted]) and arranged for combined shipping. One item had no issues (listing [redacted]23), another had a scuff (listing [redacted]50), which I accepted. The third item (listing [redacted]89) was described as new with no damage, but it arrived with noticeable damage, some of which seemed pre-existing based on the listing photo. The seller suggested compensating with random items unsuitable for me. They offered a £3 refund instead of the agreed-upon £7 due to the shipping deal. After inquiring about returning the damaged items, I was informed that I would bear the shipping cost. Seeking assistance as my attempts to resolve this have stalled, I have photographic evidence of the damage if necessary. My wife was using the eBay account under the name Yvonne Nelson. However, she is unable to make payments with her cash card due to an ongoing issue. Despite promises from eBay to fix this, the problem persists. It's becoming frustrating and seems like eBay is unable to resolve it promptly. As newlyweds, we are now Mrs. and Mr. Atkinson. I, Anthony Atkinson, would like to create my own account with my own cash card. eBay keeps mixing up our emails; please address this as the email belongs to me, not Yvonne. We've been loyal eBay customers but now face obstacles transacting. Please resolve this quickly as we used to enjoy using eBay but are now being pushed to switch to Amazon.

I am having trouble adding a debit card to my account. When it reaches the authentication section, two boxes pop up - one saying "use app" and the other with a different option. I have attempted to click on both buttons, but neither is functioning. This is my tenth attempt to add this card. Could someone please call me to provide assistance? I have recently returned to the UK after living abroad for a long time and purchased an electrical coffee grinder as a guest on Ebay. Upon receiving the item, I discovered it was defective. I attempted to address the issue but mistakenly tried to sign in using an old, unused Ebay account, resulting in my account being suspended. As a dedicated school teacher, I find this situation frustrating and unjustified. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the problem through online chat, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request assistance in either reimbursing or replacing the faulty item by contacting the seller on my behalf or providing me with the necessary information to do so myself. Two of my eBay orders did not arrive. I placed the orders last June, expecting them to arrive in July. However, due to giving birth in July, I was unable to check on them promptly. I hoped the packages would be left with the building's caretaker, but they did not show up. I have already inquired with both the caretaker and my local post office. Hello, I had a discussion with a seller about needing next-day delivery for an item before heading on a trip to Eritrea. The seller agreed but opted for 1st class delivery instead due to cost and didn't inform me in time. Unfortunately, nobody was home to receive the package, and I couldn't use the items during my holiday. Today, I purchased an item, but after I paid, the seller informed me that the picture was just a filler image. He said the cardboard cover was missing, and one of the bottles had leaked. Despite my concerns, he insisted I replace the item as the price was good. I tried to meet halfway by asking for a replacement for the leaking bottle, but he refused. I repeatedly asked for a refund, but the seller kept pressuring me. This has been my first issue on eBay after spending thousands with them. In June [redacted], I purchased an HP [redacted] Magenta ink cartridge. Initially, I believed the ink was running low, but it still had some quantity left. However, when I eventually ran out of ink and replaced it with the new cartridge, I discovered it was already empty with the seal removed. Subsequently, I ordered another cartridge which also did not work, displaying an error message. I captured a photo of the error message. Despite my attempts to return the items, I encountered difficulties as the return request did not allow me to attach the photo. I request a refund for both cartridges, as they were sold as new but were defective. This is my first issue with a purchase from eBay, and I find it challenging to get the necessary authorization to return faulty items.

Hello, I'm seeking advice or guidance regarding an email I received from eBay instructing us to register for VAT. Our business started in November [redacted] and operated as a sole trader until July, with a turnover below the 85K threshold. We transitioned to a Limited Company on July 20th, updating our details on eBay. As a new legal entity, the VAT threshold reset. Since then, we have only reached 24K in turnover, indicating we are not required to register for VAT. While it's evident that the email is automated, we have been warned of potential suspension in 30 days if a VAT number is not provided. Despite multiple attempts on chat, I have faced difficulty and have continuously been redirected to different departments without any resolution. I made a purchase on eBay as a guest since I had forgotten my account password at the time. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive on the 3rd or 4th of October, but when I checked the tracking link on the 5th, it hadn't even been dispatched. I've been trying to contact the seller, leave feedback, and explore other options but I keep getting redirected to a registration link. Now that I've reset my password, I still can't proceed as the registration link doesn't seem to recognize my account details. It's frustrating because eBay requires me to contact the seller first before they can intervene, but I'm unable to do so without being able to register my account.
