Make sure the items are in their original condition (unwashed and unworn). Put the items you want to return back into the original package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed label, and drop it off at any USPS location. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable though. To process a return for an online order, Chico's should refund you using your original payment method after they receive and inspect the item. Please note it may take several days for the refund to show up in your account.
